The pool and Jacuzzi was a nice bonus but the shower was average and the level of cleanliness could have been higher.

some of staffs were not good. a man with no hair lied to me. he was sucks.

Nice pool. Our room had single beds not the usual double bunks, that was nice, and the beds were comfy, the room quiet. Great location right in town just down the street from the sights.

I suppose for the price, this hostel was not a bad value. It's conveniently located, easy to find, and the breakfast wasn't bad. But there's a lot of room for improvement. The proprietors seemed more interested in arranging tours and buses than welcoming guests, the security is non-existent, there was only one working electrical outlet in a four-bed dorm, the sauna was out of order and they seemed in no hurry to fix it, and the place was much shabbier than you'd guess from the pictures.

Very nice place with swimming pool, spa and turkish bath. Kind and friendly staff. Overall, very good! When you get off the bus a dodgy man from the tourist office may approach you and pretend he works for Artemis, knowing you will have probably heard of it or in fact be booked there. Just tell him where to go!!

Great location and excellent value for money. The swimming pool exceeded expectations - you can never tell how big they are from photos but this one was a really good size. Friendly staff and free tea and coffee made for a memorable stay. Maybe the muezzin would benefit from this course for Imams: http://www.eurasianet.org/node/62824

Overall hostel was good, bed although very uncomfortable. Great location right next to bus stop & just down road from travertines. Lovely little town.

It's more like a really relaxed hotel really. Great location close to travertines. Booked a dorm online, got there and the dorm was full, they put us in a private room same price. Nice to have a big pool to relax in. You can still use the pool after you checked out if you are waiting around to catch a night bus. Good experience.

The perfect location! Great staff and kudos to the Australian woman who works there who seemed to go out of her way to make sure everybody was set and settled.

It's a nice hostel very well located (as every hostel in Pamukkale). It's clean, the swimming pool is nice. It's just a shame they don't have any locker cases for the dorms.
