Good value for money - Has a lot of character, staff are friendly and the rooms are really clean. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly people there and nice enough atmosphere. The kitchen was untidy and dirty and had the two washing machines in it, not the most hygenic of places and also meant as there were only two for a fairly large place we couldn\'t wash our clothes as there was already a sizable que when we arrived. Hot water had strange habit in shower of going cold after 10 mins then had to switch it off and wait for 10 mins before getting hot again.

Such a lovely hostel, had a great vibe and lots of interesting people in it. Could do with the showers being fixed but other than that, was great. Would definitely stay there again.

This place looks like it was once great. It's a unique building with character. However, the main draw was free wifi, and guess what? Of course, the wifi did not work the whole time I stayed there (3 days). The hostel was freezing cold and the kitchen was so filthy I bought cheap food out the whole time as I couldn't bring myself to cook in there.

very close to the city. very friendly staff. really nice balconies and outdoor area and common room. a really nice atmosphere. definitely value for money.

Stayed in 8 bed dorm which couldnt fault. In fact for a dorm its been our best yet. But the kitchen was disgusting. Hardly any plates and cutlery and if you were lucky to find any they were dirty. Never stayed in such a dirty place which is such a shame for hostel. Need to employ staff to clean up after the dirty residents who seem to use facilites and not clean up after themselves

best hostel i've been to in 4,5 months backpacking through australia!

Staff was great, the building is just beautiful. The large kitchen was appreciated by all. A couple of the beds I slept in were really noisy with lot of creaking noises each time you move slightly which kept me up a bit. Otherwise it was a great experience. Keep up the good work.

Love the atmosphera in this hostel. Good location with excellent price (free wifi!). Staffs are very friendly. I just recognize Molly as I dealt with her over the phone as I arrived after 8pm, she sent everything to me by SMS to ensure that I will be able to enter into the hostel upon the door locked. I checked out after 2 days to stay with my friend but I was having problem to get to the airport, she was kind enough to reply me even though I'm no longer the customer. THANKS!!!
