Location is good. Everything is near, Artto is in the heart of the city. Rooms are ok, nice and clean but nothing special. All and all Artto gives good value to your money.Location is good. The location is very good: close to the city centre. There are a lot of places to eat around there. The transport links are great.The staff was very friendly. and helpful. The interior of the room is cosy. The heating in our room did not work at all. We were asking to fix the problem for 3 days. The additional heater was offered Unfortunately, we could not use it to dry our wet clothes. There was not hot water in the shower. It was a very nice break from hosteling. Very central to some great shops and bars, wth a very nice bar in the hotel itself. It was a little expensive but worth it for a few days.
