Location is very good. Close to the metro and all the sights. The staff weren't the friendliest. One of their workers yelled at a guy in the morning because he was using the kitchen and then proceeded to punch walls and swear in French. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The hostel is not very close to any metro station. The wifi was very weak and would kick you off all the time. The lady at the breakfast bar was very rude. The bathroom in the ensure was extremely small and there was black mold all over the bathroom. This was by far the worst hostel I have ever stayed in and it wasn't super cheap. I've stayed in much nicer ones with a better location for the same price.

Nice to sleep, some staff are nice others not, and the eletrical part is not good, sometimes the plugs in my room worked sometimes not, in the kitchen is the same.

The lobby is nice, but it's the only location where Internet works well, and only when few people are using it. Breakfast consists of coffee and bread, not very exciting. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, but the sheets felt very clean. It's about a fifteen minute walk to any metro station. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice place with friendly staff. Bathroom was way too small but it's paris so... Its a bit out of the way but still easily accessable with the metro. Nice restaurants nearby. Would recommend.

Main complaints: moldy bathrooms, far distance from the city center, and poor Internet. The staff was nice.

Staff was pretty good.....oddly the female front staff were a lot more friendly than the male staff. My only real complaint was the older lady that handled breakfast. She was rude a few times and thought the lack of food was our issue and not hers. I was waiting to get food and there was enough OJ if I tilted the carafe but that really did not make her happy. At the time there was no bread, croissants, knives, or OJ.

My electric plug was exposed with all its electric wires, I had to be careful to plug in anything, and that's a serious safety risk. The bathroom in the 8 bed dorm is too small and without windows. The staff is excellent and helpful, the place is clean, the breakfast is good, and the elevator is really useful.

Cute hostel, not too far away from the main attractions by subway. Free breakfast and wifi was nice. I would stay here again for sure! Staff were nice.

Best hostel I've ever visited. The bathroom was in my 4-bunk room, which was convenient. There were lovely views of apartments out my window. The area was quiet and it was easy to get to sleep. It was minorly annoying that it is in a small neighborhood with a 25-ish minute commute by tram to all the good stuff of Paris, but that could hardly be helped anywhere. I highly recommend it.

Arty was my first Hostel, actually. So, I don't really know how to compare it yet. I thought the place was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was very relaxed, and I had access to a kitchen, refrigerator, and excellent wifi. Free breakfast is served everyday, which just consists of bread, jam, coffee, and orange juice. I am a budget traveler, and french bread is always good, so I'm not complaining. There is a laundry mat and grocery store very close. Nice place

When we first got there the check was wasy and the room was clean. We staied the first night when we left the next morning to see paris, we thought all was fine. Arriving back at8pm to find they double booked our room and there were other people in our beds. Paris was sold out and we were told by the staff to find somewhere else. He was not even nice about it. Warning to all go here

All round good hostel. Not too far from nearby tram and metro stations. In a lovely area with shops and cafes. One tiny issue was the bathroom in our 8 bed dorm was very small, but was clean. Good value for money as breakfast is included. Would stay there again :)

The ensuite bathroom in the 4-bed dorm is really small, as are the rooms. The kitchen is below average. One plus is that the location is in a nice neighborhood of the city.

I felt the general facilities were average for a hostel at a decent price. My main complaint is that the bathrooms are almost un-usably small, but I know that can't really be changed. As a female traveling alone I was placed in a "mixed" room that was just seven other guys and me -- so changing in that tiny bathroom proved difficult. The location is a little far removed from everything and hard to find, so I got lost trying to find it when I arrived (at night, and I felt a bit unsafe).
