At T-junction Turn left [St Johns Road], which becomes [Hatfield Street]. Cross intersection with [Mill Street] (traffic lights). At fifth intersection turn right [Montrose Street]. Turn left at third street [Marmion Road]. Ashgrove Villa is No. 11 on Left.
