Had really good time, staff all helpful and welcoming. So glad to have left luggage in store until ready to leave for home.

Breakfast was toast and cereal, but did the trick. No one who works there is actually from London and weren't very warm. But not a bad stay overall.

It was a great hostel for the price you pay. We had a good time sleeping there and the Staff helped us real good (even in finding us some great pub hot-spots). The breakfast is fine with some bread, jams and cereal. Some things could be cleaner but it was not that big of a deal. If you are looking for a cheap hostel that is good to stay in and close to an underground, than this should be fine enough.

Overall is good. Compare with other hostel that I have been before. Some others do not have the electric sockets in the dorm for mobile charging or drying hair and in the bath room no door (just curtain) and no hook to hang bath stuff or towel. But here they do! Only water is not so good. Some time water temperature is too hot and can burn the skin and sometime almost cold! And the carpet is so deep greesy dirts! Will back again.

We booked a private dorm, for quite a reasonable price, and the room was small but clean. It's a bit noisy - doors slamming all the time, thin walls - but it's a very convenient place for a short stay, and easy to get to. It's very practical to have breakfast included, and there's plenty of nice places to have early/late meals around.

i stayed at ashlee a few times but this time was awfull. The windows aren't sealed properly the cold comes in, the showers are disgusting at anytime day and night, and freezing cause of poor wondows. The breakfast is nice so as the location but the place is noisy very noisy and dirty. Please invest in double windows you'll save money on heaters and fix the leaks in your showers you'll save money on water!!! you really need to isolate this hostel, winters are unbearable. staff can be nicer.

I would not suggest stating here. Not clean, cramped conditions, no free wifi, and the lockers were too small for my suitcase.

The location is good for a base to explore london. The rooms are small however, and it is difficult to live in them comfortably. If you are staying a couple of nights and will only be there to sleep OK, but do not expect to leave with lasting memories of this hostel and the people you met there.
