Asian delight is a little simple but peculiar b&b of just 2 rooms,
One triple and one double.
This little b&b with 2 rooms is friendly managed by me,,
I like giving to my guests all the facilities I would like to find travelling...
It's an ideal place for those easy travellers who like peculiar architecture and vintage style..
For the ones who need to have a wi-fi connection or a Mac Apple computer with internet in their room without wasting time and extra money to find an internet point..
Who like to have e room with a wide screen tv with home theatre surround and lots of movies freely available to relax in the evening if it rains...

Each room is furnished with :

- the double room has an Apple I-Mac 24'
- the triple room has a Mac mini with samsung monitor 19'
- tv 46 inches lcd & JBL Speakers in the double room
- tv 40 inches lcd & Bose sound system home theatre in the triple
- cd-dvd player Home Theatre in both the rooms
- print your documents directely by the computer from your room
- satellite tv only free channels
- personal minifridge
- ceiling fan
- linen and towels are included
- personal keys

At the entrance in the common area:

- a free selection of dvd movies ( you never know.. In case it rains...)
- breakfast is included:
- Nespresso coffe machine
- toaster, kettle, a warmer and a full tea selection
- toasts, butter, jam, yoghurt, juices and different kind of snacks
- free maps of the city
- common fridge for the breakfast
- microwave oven
- laundry service as extra

No curfew and no lockout,
Guests have their own keys to be free.

There are self making breakfast facilities in the common room.
Guests can help themselves with toasts, jam and snacks,, and use a Nespresso coffee machine that makes a very good coffee..

The price is all inclusive.

A short walk from the Colosseum, Foro Romano, Palazzo delle Esposizioni,
Full served by the main public transports (metro-bus-train-airterminal),
It is an ideal place to start to explore the city.

Check-in after 14.00 - 15.00
Check-out until 11.00
Guests who arrive before 14/15.00 can always leave luggages here,
Take their keys and come back at 14.00 or after.
Also, if your flight is late you can leave your luggages here and come back later to pick them up..

This is a little self managed b&b, not a Hotel..
The rooms have not a 'classical' style of interiors.
It is not for conservative people, who have a classical conception of living..

Only for modern ones who focus on the comfort of technology with a sensibility for peculiar design and vintage style.

Only for who is used to travel in b&b..
If you are informal people this place can be ok,, otherwise I suggest you to book a Hotel..

The walls maintain what remains of the old scratched original plaster, dated back to the beginning of '900..
It was found under various covering layers of wallpaper later removed...
..what i discovered is an whole not uniform ochre paint that gives a rare and unrepeatable taste to the rooms,
That are furnished with peculiar iron artisanal design fornitures together
With some modernariato.
The bathrooms are quite peculiar also, being architectural prototypes,
Essential but full equipped, realized with steel grates on the floor (bring with you flic flocs if your feet are very sensitive) and flowing water underneath, glass or plastic walls to emphasize the light.
The old ochre plaster substrate, steal, iron,
Glass, pvc and various fornitures of modernariato,
make of this place a fusion of artisanal modern style with an strong old flavour.

This place is simple but clean and well furnished with technology,
I take care personally of the bedclothes and towels .. I do not rent them as many b&b do.. You can smell them to realize the freshness..
