The staff is very kind and friendly. Always available to give an extra hand and information. The room was very clean, nice and cozy full modern interior, our room with a super king size bed, plasma tivi with cable, 2 ways air-con, mini bar, hot shower etc..internet wireless acces in whole hotel. Breakfast buffet was organized by the hotel and it was very nice. The hotel location was excellent right in the old town and at the edge of the famous Hoan Kiem lake. Definitely recommend this hotel.
