The day time receptionists were friendly; however, I was checking in after hours and was dealing with the rudest staff member. He didn't leave his room, only communicated through intercom. He refused to check me in as the hostel had messed up my booking. i had to sit outside for 2.5 hours from 4.30am to 7am until the reception opened. There is no breakfast, as stated on website.
