Door key cards weren't working at the time so had to ask a staff member to let me into my room each time and bathroom in room was a bit dirty at times, but otherwise was great.

The Hostel is amazing, but the best feature is the Location, beautiful area close to everything, wonderful sights and safe. The staff was quite friendly and useful but the first night they sold my bed to another guest so I had to change; and then the second night they did the same but there was no other bed left so I had to slept in my friend's bed. I would definitely go again, it would be nice that they pay more attention to which bed belongs to who. Breakfast can be improved.

the double room we got was the worst room I've ever been. the smallest and quite dirty. yes, the hostel has a very good location, but I've been in much better places in London before. Not recommended to anyone.

Stayed in a 5 bed dorm for 2 days. Good: - Clean room - Room had bathroom en suite - Hostel is located in a safe (and quite posh) area of London - Tube station is a 5 minute walk - Affordable Bad: - Horrendously poor mattress for sleeping - Lack of any door seal or soundproofing in room - All doors seem to be set to SLAM shut very loudly - Common room is a bit bland, and not conducive to meeting people - Kitchen could have been cleaner and better stocked - I snore (sorry roommates! :P)

My fourth visit and the best so far. Great roommates. Free breakfast (cereal, toast, jam, milk, tea, and instant coffee). Everything is safe and clean. Good security for everything though better security for extra large bags could be improved. Also wi-fi didn't always work, though it was free and there are plenty of nearby cafes with free wi-fi. Excellent location to museums, underground, and Hyde Park. Anytime I need a hostel in London, this is the place I always go!

If you have a lot of bags and you're staying on the fourth floor it is such a pain. The beds are really squeaky, the kitchen was a mess and seemed to have very few things in it (they kept on running out of clean pots) and the wifi was free but pretty unreliable. But it's cheap. You get what you pay for.

Nice location; nearby the Natural History Museum and the Hyde Park; close to tube stations. Clean room. Good breakfast although a little disorganized. I guess they were short in staff members and even so they were very attentive. Althought there was some weird loud noise in the room upstairs (of jumping and dropping stuff on the floor) in the middle of the night and it lasted a lot of time and seems like they didn't do anything about it. That said, the overall atmosphere was really nice.

Generally the hostel was ok but some thigs were quite annoying. The keycards to the doors broke everyday and had to be changed at the reception (considering that you live on the fourth floor and there's no lift - it was quite a drawback), the breafast was really poor (toasts with jam and peanut buttet) and the staff was quite distant. At one night a drunk receptionist came to our room at 1 AM and changed the linen WTF?. You also had to pay for the padlock to the cages under your bad - not cool.

It works but it's not the best hostel so far. Great staff, nice breakfest, but there is too much stairs, you have to walk 1km untill the subway station and there is no lockers. Anyway, I would recommend it.

The location is perfect. You can reach the center in a few stops by metro, which is not so far from the hostel. The wifi is not working very good. In the rooms is impossible to connect to it.

Great Hostel, everything that you'll ever need. Would have been nice to have an elevator to get my bag to the 5th floor, but it was good exercise.
