There was always a t.v. on in the lounge area and music blasting in the kitchen area until the early morning, so not a place to go if you want somewhere where you can sit and read a book. The staff was super helpful when it came to any questions about the city, but I found it more difficult than expected to meet people at this hostel. Sort of clique-ish because there's a huge group of friends who spend every night there, have known each other for months, and are not super inclusive.

Beautiful building in a cool part of town. Not much nightlife, but the tube is convenient. Really good value and good wifi everywhere in the building.

The hostel was quite expensive to stay in but given its excellent location in London it is justified. My time at the hostel was fairly short but I'm sure I would struggle to find a better hostel in London. The staff were fantastic with helping me out with questions I had and were also always down for a chat. The facilities were great and nice and clean. The kitchen and common room were fun places to hang out and drink with other people. Just want to say thanks to the great staff 10/10! :)

Pretty nice place for a hostel, Nothing to complain about but nothing really that amazing. The kitchen is great and the TV room upstairs is a nice place to chill out in at the end of the day

AMAZING!!! The BEST Hostel I ever seen... I don't have word to describe it.... Staff Really friendly, available, and cool! The Hostel has everything you need, BIG and CLEAN KITCHEN, LOUNGE room, Security, VERY VERY good rooms, Confortable and CLEAN!! The bathrooms, Kitchen and all in this hostel is every time CLEAN. Really the BEST place to have holidays in London. Position it's really central and all the important Museums are nearest, about 5 minutes by walk. Special thank's to the STAFF!!

Staff were very helpful and Friendly. Rooms sometimes up a few flights of stairs but worth it for the building itself, and the privelidge to stay in South Kennsington without paying South Kennsington prices.

The hostel was clean and had good facilities, however, we found the staff very unwelcoming except for when they were at th reception where they had to be nice. Otherwise, dirty looks and not even a simple smile or hello in passing made it an unpleasant experience. They were a very large and clicky group. Also, no wifi in the rooms makes the social area difficult to actually socialize as everyone is busy on their computers etc.. Also! No elevator and walking up to the top floor was very annoying!

The hostel is located in a very beautiful house, thus the atmosphere living there even just for a short time was great. A funny thing about our room was that the matress was turned wrong but the sheets were put on. So we had to turn the whole thing around, otherwise we would have had to lie on the matress wires.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, and great room. The location is perfect and the hostel itself is very good, especially for the price.

I stayed in the hostel a few years ago and came back cause I really liked it. Still think the hostel is good value for money. Be aware that it can be a bit noisy what I didn't remember about my former stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
