My socks, sandals, sweater and towel were stolen on the second day. I asked the staff if their cleaners threw anything out, and they said they didn't. I find this hard to believe since there was also an iphone and a laptop in the room. Shower/bathroom was perpetually smelly, even after cleaning. Atmosphere was okay. There were neat little posters everywhere. People were generally chill. Staff were helpful. Everywhere in London is expensive and kind of sucky so whatever. Good location. That's it.

Really great hostel! Really friendly and fun atmosphere, it was clean, the staff were great and the kitchen and chill out areas made it a very comfortable place to stay.

The hostel is pretty good. There were only two down points. The first one was to be placed on the floor. I have asmtha and every time I had to go to my room I arrived there almost to have a heart attack. The second one was that a couple of staff members didn't have in their mind that we aren't English natives and so we didn't have the habit of speaking English and they talked really fast and most of what they said couldn't be understood.

we really enjoyed our stay at this hostel. there's a very nice atmosphere and the common areas like the front room and the kitchen are a great feature since there are always people around or activities going on. we were very pleased with our room as well, room was spacious enough, bathroom was private but a bit small. two things to note: towels are to buy, not for rent and there are no locks on the cages underneath the bed to store your luggage, so bring one if you plan to lock your things.

The website states that towels are not included but that you can hire them. We count on this, but as we arrive it turns out that the hostel had run out of towels (they cost 5 pounds per piece btw). We had no towels with us. Staff only made the suggestion that we could buy towels at some store the next morning. As we left the next day, it was of course not worth the while to do this. Hostels should make sure they have sufficient towels etc.

Great hostel. I only wish there was an elevator. I was on the last floor, and it's kind of tiring going upstairs all the time. Even so I still recommend ! -=)
