Thought it was pretty good and easy to find. The hostel was OK, not my favourite but totally worth it and I'll definitely go there again if I am in London. Close to Kensington gardens/Hyde Park and not so far from the metro. And the area felt safe. The only thing I didn't like was the hard bed and the stairs. Glad the staff helped me up to the 4th flour with my bag when I arrived.

In general, it´s a nice Hostel, but we got propably one of the worsts rooms and two of the worsts beds. It was in the basement and right in front of the toilet door, right next to the entrance door. Trying to sleep was difficult. At Friday the staff did Party until late night in the kitchen (right next to our room).

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great common room for socializing. Free breakfast included more than just bread, which was an awesome bonus! The location was great - I felt very safe and an easy walk to the tube.

A very nice hostel, good located next to Hyde Park (a ten minute walk to next underground) with very friendly and helpful staff in advance (mail) and later when we were there. We had to move into another double room after one night because of hostelworlds interesting booking system. Not the hostel's fault. The only thing: water wasn't coming steadily out of the shower on third floor. Something about pressure, but they told us that this will be fixed soon.

Staff was wonderful! I went for work and had to cancel a night just a few hours before check-in and was fully refunded. I am also gluten intolerant, and the woman at the front desk was really helpful with her comments/knowledge on the free breakfast provided!

I stayed at a mixed room with 12 beds. It might have been more comfortable to have an equipment such as an individual reading light. I was obliged to move in the dark at night because turning on lights on the ceiling might awake other people.

wifi connectivity other than lounge was poor. there could be more bathrooms. sadly, the taps have separate cold and hot faucets. a bunk bed in the centre of the room made the layout really weird and "open" super comfortable linen! it's an old building so you will continuously be hearing the plumbing. security is good! lockers at the base of the bunk are great. would be great if there was a water dispenser.

Ok, so positives, the staff are pretty good, friendly and welcoming, really helpful. However, this place is massively over priced in my eyes as I had a twin room, which meant bunk beds, but it did have an on suite, and the shower was good :) Pretty far away from any kind of night life, you have to rely on the tube a lot, though the nearest station is about a 10 - 20 minute walk depending how fast you walk.

This hostel is located in a gorgeous area. Just steps from Hyde Park, it's the perfect place to be in warmer months! We were very disappointed in the staff and felt that they were not very welcoming or inclusive. Everyone who worked there seemed to live there and vice versa. Thus, at nighttime they seemed to overtake the lounge and have their own little party while being very uninviting towards the guests. Aside from the staff, everything else was fine!

Had to change rooms for our last night from a 10 bed dorm to 6 bed dorm. I actually preferred the 10 bed dorm as there was much more room. But overall a very good hostel in a very nice neighbourhood, would definitely recommend the hostel to others.

The place is really great! Stuff is very friendly and helphul! I would come back there again ! But one person breaks the value - this reception girl from Spain. She never smiled, was so tired and not helphul. But all other receptioninsts were really great!

Friendly staffs is the best part of this hostel. They are always kind and trying to help you. the thing i didnt like was, they don't have elevators so if you get the room like 4th floor and have massive belongings with you. you gonna be in trouble. rest of things are perfect :)

My friends and I were in the hostel for 3 nights, and all really enjoyed our stay, it was in a fantastic location for the conference we were attending, great value, and felt like a very relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for a couple of nights in the Kensington area of London.
