Nice enough place - I just have little nits like having to walk up to the 4th floor, the tube is a little further away than I'd like, and the hostel is a bit too big to meet people here easily (excluding meeting people in your room). Beds are overly squeaky too which is a bummer. That said it's a clean place in a good neighborhood, and I have rebooked once, so there you go.

The location is safe and close to everything. It's great for someone who might want to take a morning run through the parks. Accessing the lockers under the bed were a bit difficult when there was a single bed pushed close to two sets of bunks in room 22. A small lock barely fits on the lockers. The beds were alright, definitely not the most comfortable hostel bed i've ever stayed in. Everything else was great. The staff was very helpful.

We are very happy with picking this hostel and will definitely go there again! The only thing to criticise is the noise the tubing was making when used. It frequently woke up the people in room 12.

I think this is the best budget option for London if you want a relaxed stay. A beautiful place in a beautiful neighbourhood, not a party hostel, but still there is the chance to meet people and go out from there. The location is not central, except it is close to some of London's best museums. I recommend this place and would go back. Free breakfast and kitchen are both important plusses.

liked this hostel for the most part. Really good facilities, good location and good value for money. Its the 1st hostel I've stayed in since Australia and just thought it lacked a bit of atmosphere. Tried to interact with other backpackers but just wasn't feeling it. But have to say that's definitely not the Hostels fault and just a boring crowd that for my particular stay. Would definitely recommend though.

Best hostel I have ever stayed at by far. Good value for the money, and great location. The free breakfast was great and well stocked despite there being a lot of other travellers trying to eat that morning. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The other people in my room were quiet and considerate. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Only very very minor things is I wish breakfast could have been a little earlier for those who like to start their sightseeing early!

It's the best hostel in London I've ever been. Close to Victoria station (just 5 minutes or 2 stations by the undeground), just near 2 great british museums: Museum of Natural history and Victoria and Albert museum. In front of the Hyde Park. Except this hostel is situated in a very nice old building - with wooden panels, high ceilings. Night in this hostel was really good as beds (mattresses) are nice and staff is great. Thank you for your work!

Great facilities - nice dorms, really good kitchen and nice big lounge. Extremely helpful staff, really knew their way around London, and very friendly. A lot of people there are working and is in a classy part of town so not a party hostel, but really good for sightseeing. Great breakfast too, toast and choice of cereals, and the bread, milk, and butter is available all day, which is pretty generous by hostel standards.

The staff is in a rather affluent area, so it's very clean and classy around, with the many embassies in the area. Take time to explore Gloucester Rd and the Kensington area. Ten minute walk to an underground station, including the Piccadilly line to Heathrow. Facilities are fine, have all that you need. My three bed dorm had a bathroom to ourselves, good temp at night. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they answered my million questions. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks! :-)
