Got the shock of my life when I found out my room was at the 4th floor. There's no lift, so I had to carry my luggage up all the way. That's not all, if you need something downstairs or probably go out for a short walk, yes, you have those stairs to climb. Haha. Wifi works fine in the room. I checked in on a Friday night and there were some kind of party going on, with a heavily drunk girl disturbing people at the lounge area. I learnt that the girl works there the day after. Oops.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in! Friendly and helpful staff. The whole place is very clean. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. It's a bit far from the main sights, but situated in a nice neighborhood right next to Hyde park. Really couldn't ask for more! Would definitely stay again if I come back to London!

I was quite happy with my stay here. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot. On duty staff were quite friendly as well. The breakfast was simple but solid and the common room was nice, though most of the guests were too preoccupied with their laptops to be very sociable. I was there early in the week and was out most of the time anyway, so I'm sure it's not hard to meet people if you try. All in all I was very happy and can't find any real reason to complain. Thanks!

Me and my girlfriend give an average score for this hostel. The hostel doesn't accept people over 35, which is quite discriminatory. Trying to get WiFi in the room was a nightmare. The staff, which was averagely friendly, did not know how to separate work from leisure. We saw a person belonging to the staff, who was cleaning the kitchen at that time, walking around on the tables where people ate. Inexcusable behaviour for someone who imposes rules on clients, but acts oppositely.Far from subway.

I only stayed one night, but this hostel was quite enjoyable. It was cheap, clean, and spacious. I liked that it was so close to the Natural History Museum and that the lockers/storage bins in the rooms were quite large.

Had a great time here, couldn't imagine a better hostel for value of money. Rooms and toilets/showers were clean, hostel had character and location was great. Only a ten minute walk from the underground and five minute walk from Hyde Park. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here. Although it is a little pricey, the location is perfect and the staff helped us with everything we needed. The people in our 12 person room were also very nice, and the atmosphere of the place was exactly what we thought of when we thought "chill London hostel." I would highly recommend this hostel, and would like to give a huge thank you to the staff here who helped us throughout our many struggles in London!

Had a few, less than positive, interactions with a staff member. One occasion in which I waiting for an extensive amount of time to ask a question because two staff members were gossiping at the front desk, and another where I received a sarcastic reply after asking a pretty basic question. I didn't expect anyone to be overly helpful, but some pleasantry would have been nice. The young woman with long black/brown hair who checked my group in however was lovely though, very helpful.
