It was a fantastic, lively youth hostel. The hostel is in a really beautiful area of London and was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, and yet surrounded by attractions. The facilities were always clean. Breakfast was very basic but expected for the amount we paid.

Astor Hyde Park was in a great location and the staff was super friendly and helpful-- my friend and I asked for recommendations for sight-seeing and food, and they were happy to explain where everything was and how to get there.

Best value for money hostel in London by far! Amazing kitchen and quite a few long term residents which always proves to provide a good atmosphere. Staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Super clean and decent wifi :)

I love this hostel and will be recommending it to everyone! Great people, comfortable beds (sometimes a rare thing in hostels!), big kitchen and perfect location right by the park. Lots of shops and restaurants close by and a few tube stops in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location and the room was clean. I would like to have had the wi-fi in my room, because I had a single room and I had to move to the common room every time to go online.

Never been in a better hostel. The only two minor things I would point is that wifi doesn't reach the 3rd floor (where I was located) and that there should be a better control for the power adapters, nevertheless, the hostel is practically flawless.

I rated the facilities POOR because the internet at this place is TERRIBLE. It was offline for a long time and of course it didn't get to my room.

it's a great hostel, the atmosphere is cozy-- although the people arent that friendly..but that's not the hostel's fault.. the staff are friendly and they have brochures and information about London which will definitely help you enjoy your stay!

The hostel is very close to the Hyde Park and Natural History Museum, but still to get to other sites you need to get there by tube. Breakfast is standard, however there are very few mugs so it takes time until you make yourself a tea ;) I slept in a dorm with 12 beds, the problem was the loud noise when somebody was pouring water in the bathroom. Also what would be nice to have is a socket next to the bed and a mirror somewhere in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful, hostel is safe.

A bit far from the Tube station, but in general a very nice neighborhood and very pretty.

If you go in a dorm it is quite cheap, but if you take a Double Room the ratio quality/price is really low. We wanted to find another cheaper place but they were not available, so we went here. The kitchen is really good. The hostel is not quiet but the redal problem are the very thin walls. If you are not a couple it is really good, but if you are a couple it is quite expensive!

We stayed in the 12-bed dorm as it was a quick stopover for us. It was fantastic! Staff super helpful and cheerful, clean and modern.
