Was okay, private rooms have been a bit small. Toilet and shower was on the floor and clean. Location is great, very central.

Very ideal location, however I thought the stairs to the fourth floor were a bit iffy. Breakfast area could use smaller chairs to accommodate more people in the morning. A bit pricy but that's what you pay for staying right next to the museum.

good hostel for backpackers, it is quite easy to find it and the most important thing is that, it is just next to the British Museum!!! Within walking distance to other sites like Trafalgar Suqare, Westminster Abby, etc. The staff is quite nice, but the only problem is that it doesn't have hot water one night-bad for people who take shower at night. But otherwise are fine. Will come again next time!

The hostel was ok, good location, close to the city centre, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was pretty clean, however, it was very noisy in the night, doors shut very loudly and it was quite difficult to sleep at night, early morning, also showers didn`t work properly (no hot water and poor water pressure) last day. The extra doors in my room covered with cello-tape are pretty dodgy.

the hostel was full so i had to live in the staff building, which was awlful! when there is not hangs and shelf to place your towels and clothes meaning that you have to put them on the floor, which so many people have stepped on and dirts around the floor. and you cant wash your hand in the toilet but in the shower room as there is not basin!

We had a great time there! The only thing to make it better, in my opinion, is to offer free wifi signal. The rest was very good. Really going to recommend it!

It was pretty awesome. Great location. Right across the street from the British Museum, and within walking distance of all the historic sites. the staff organise a pub crawl that is loads of fun and there's always something going on and someone to meet in the kitchen. good times.

Great hostel and great location. Only a short walk from the West End. Wish the check-out time was extended for an extra hour.

I guess that you get what you pay for in this hostel. The rooms were acceptable but the bathrooms were not up to standards. There were no towels. The girl at the front desk said they had been waiting weeks for their towels...my suggestion? They told us that we would have to buy our own but did not know of anywhere to buy them. Not ok. Get another distrubiture if this is a constent problem. Overall the hostle did serve its purpose.

It was a bit of a pain being in another building as I missed breakfast by a couple of minutes (the kitchen seems to close just before 10) but otherwise fine - it's one of the nicest hostels in London, just a bit dusty in places (I saw they had an advert for a cleaner). I'll stay here again if I'm in the vicinity.

Having no free wifi is a joke now days. Give it a fresh coat of paint to cover the smell, clean the citchen table occasionaly, and having a "sitting" area the size of a shoe box is not really necessary or acceptable.

Very friendly staff. Would be nice to have provided locks for underbed storage.
