Nice hostel and had a really good stay. Only complaint was being on the 5th floor when London is going through a warm spell was pretty bad. I sweated all night. UK hostels are not typically built for warm weather so not a complaint about this hostel in particular. Just be careful if the UK is warm, you might have trouble sleeping.

More than anything else, the atmosphere in this hostel was just AMAZING! I had booked a little late, so I could not stay over the weekend and spend my weekend in another hostel which even was a little bit cheaper but on Sunday morning I immediately moved back because staying here is really sooo much fun!

Enjoyed the stay. reception staff was helpful and friendly, especially Zach. The poor rate in Value for Money is due to the fact that security locks were offered to be rented out, when in fact you have to buy them for a ridicoulus 5pounds! The deposit for the key card seems way too much with 5 pounds too... All these little amounts sum up and make quite a difference in a backpacker´s budget :(

Mold in bathrooms. Extremely thin walls and doors, you hear your neighbours walk, speak and going to the toilet/ taking showers. Staff turns on their washing machine at 6 a.m. - don\'t even think to return to sleep mode. Common room is \"alternative\" (others would say a bit dodgy). Good location close to the north-western edge of Kensington Gardens (if that is central enough for you). 24h recepttion. Free kitchen, free breakfast. Bring your own towel and padlock.

Good location. Close to the tube. The hostel was clean and the staff was realy nice. There is a small but very good equipped kitchen where you can cook the, cofee or something for eat. The price include the breakfest. Our room (number 2) for 4 people was quite small, but to sleep it was sufficient.

during my last visit to london, i was placed in a terrible hostel so i wasn't expecting a lot od quest but i was pleasantly surprised. we came in the late hours and were welcomed by a nice reception guy. the room was tidy and the linen was clean. breakfast is from 8-10 am, and there's everything: jams, nutella, butter, white and wholemeal bread, milk, tea, coffee. after brakfast everyone washes his own dishes.hostel is in nice and quiet neighborhood, bus stations are all over and tube is near.

This was my first time staying at a hostel, and I completely enjoyed my stay. Very friendly atmosphere with a great respect for those who are sleeping. Its in a quieter neighborhood close to two Underground stations and Hyde park. Only downside is that the shower was sort of gross. Other than that very nice facilities and staff.

Everything was amazing! The room and bathroom was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was safe however you have to bring your own lockers or pay for one. There was hot water all the time. Breakfast was good, there was free bread, marmolade, honey, nutella, tea, coffe, milk and cerials. There is also plenty room for making your own meals. Before or after check in you can leave your luggage in locked luggage room but everyone can take the key so increase security suggested.

The price per person in double room is definately too high for a room like that, eventhough it's a hostel.

The £10 entrance for Ministry of Sound is great but there isn't for everyone... So be in first to buy it at the hostel desk! £22.50 to return from Ministry of Sound. Be very carreful, the driver took us 20minutes away...then he asked for more money! So look at his navy, and look where you are going! > Never trust a taxi-driver!!!
