friendly staff ,close to oxford street , easy to find .

Great location right near Kensington Gardens. Staff was extremely helpful.

Our room was spacious for a six-bed dorm and had its own sink which was useful but overall, we found the facilities to be insufficient. There was one toilet downstairs which was constantly blocked and only one shower upstairs that we were made aware of. That aside, the staff members were very helpful and the location is great - short walk away from both the Queensway and Bayswater underground stations.

One of the best hostels I have ever been staying at. It's very close to the city, has got great atmosphere and the staff is always really friendly and helpful. We felt like part of the family and had the best time - we'll definitely come back!

A little bit of ham and cheese, and orange juice in breakfast would be great! It was too sweet for me, but very good for a couple days! Everything was clean! And not very noisy! :)

Please buy a lift, we were at the 6th floor and carrying the 20kg suitcase wasn't that nice!

I regret to say my expensive laptop was stolen. I recognise the importance of guarding personal belongings, my primary issue is that the thief was not staying at the hostel but someone from the public. The owners have decided it is "too expensive" to include a key/lock system on the front entrance or extend camera system. Consequently there is no way to validate guests/from intruders. rendering other security measures semi-meaninless. The 3rd large theft in 2 months. Internet is not free.

Nice location, within walking distance of Hyde park and a tube station. the rooms are fairly clean but a slight smell, which i suspect is due more to the other residents than the room itself. Showering requires a very delicate touch as there is just a tiny range within human tolerance. one touch touch and you are frozen/ scalded.

It.is a good value for money. staff is really friendly. Good.place.to stay.

BEST BEST HOSTEL IN LONDON!! We stayed at 3 different hostels over our 2 week period and this was by far the best, great location, staff were extremely friendly,cheap, best kitchen I've seen in a hostel! It felt like a home away from home and we only stay 6 night! Wifi was only 8£ for the week and reached the fourth floor! Cannot recommend it enough!! STAY HERE!!!

Location is good and clean, but i have something want to say, you need to pay for the Wi-Fi, it is not a problem, the problem is you are no idea why the Wi-Fi is very slow even you are in the common area where is the Wi-Fi signal it say is the best, and in the common area you are very hard to find a sit, the guy like is the staff all in the common area( they always go into the reception)

I really enjoyed my staying at Astor Quest. The staff was really nice and beds and sheets were clean. The shower facilities were not the best ones but enough to do their job. Astor Quest is a also good hostel to stay if you travel alone because I made lot of new friends there and the staff was really friendly and helpful.:)

Great central location to everything. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The cages provided required a large padlock to be used properly.

Amazing hostel, amazing staff

Staff are very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Definitely come back again if i'm back in London. Will reccomend this hostel to friends.
