Contacted the hostel 4 times in the week leading up to my stay to cancel the booking, no return contact was made, and neither was an email returned from hostel world. Will be willing to change my rating if contact and a refund is made, otherwise avoid this place if you want flexibility in your booking

The staff were friendly, the location was great for the Victoria Bus Station, and the breakfast was excellent with a selection of cereals, rolls, bread and spreads available. The security wasn't great with the front door being open most times, and some people in my 8 bed dorm leaving the dorm room open, and the building is old and small so our room was a bit cramped and needed some more air, but it was ok for a few nights.

I had a really great experience with the hostel! Unfortunately my phone was stolen, but I felt secure other than that.

Great location for just getting on the underground and going up to see all the sights. Also, a friend was supposed to come with me and got stuck in France, and I thought I would have to pay all of her stay. They understood and let me out of it. Nice little place to stay. No air conditioning, but that Europe for you. Wifi not great. Also, only 2 plug-ins for 6 people and one of those didn't work.

Overall, this hostel was fine. Facilities were alright (though I experienced an absurdly large number of non-working toilets - not sure if this was a one-time thing or not). Rooms were fine. Location was a big plus. And as a solo female traveler, I felt safe. So-so hostel but fine.

The hostel was really good, the only thing is that they have 2 bathrooms in every floor and it only works one of them, and the one left was not in a real good condition, at least the one i had in may floor. But besides that, the staff was really helpfull, the bedrooms were clean and nice. It is located in a great place, to start your journey in London

Great Hostel! Very clean and safe. Great environment! Reception open 24h with great staff! Very well located with the 24 bus at the door running 24h/day. It takes you to Westminster, Piccadilly, Trafagar, Soho, Camden, etc. Its great. Also the Pimlico tube station 1 min away walking and Victoria 5min away. Definitely coming back!

Friendly staff, and set in a very convenient location that's within walking distance from the Victoria coach/train station. The bunks and rooms were quite small, and there are very few power outlets. There's no elevators either, only fairly narrow stairs, making access to the higher floors a bit tricky if you have a lot of luggage with you. Decent for a short stay (2-3 nights) though if you're planning to stay for a week or longer, a larger hostel might be a better choice for your money.

It is a nice, quite clean hostel with new comfortable beds in a very good location. Staff was nice and the 24 h reception as well as place to leave the luggage was very useful for me. There could be a bit more things to chose from for breakfast. Also the price was quite high for a bed in a dorm.
