Pros: great location, nice staff, good breakfast. Cons: a lot of street noise, ensuite is only shower, shabby. Would stay again as good rate.

The beds were really noisy. The bathrooms and toilets were not clean, shower water was cold. My neighbor was terrible, as he didn't let me sleep. Atmosphere is nice, staff is very nice and helpful.

Although it has good location, its facilities are awful. it is the worst hostel I have experienced. I had to pay for wifi. it is 1 pound for 40 minutes, but it didn't work well. Also breakfast was not tasty. I think they use the old load of bread. above all, they didn't give me sheets for my pillow and blanket. it was so disgusting. Also I heard that they give 30% discounts if I have an international student card. but it was not. I don't want to recommend you to stay there.

I stayed in Astor Victoria for one night and I'm not sure if I'd stay in it again. While there are computers and Wifi, you have to pay for them. Lockers are technically cages beneath the bunks; you need a bicycle lock or a padlock for these. Small locks won't fit. Breakfast was the standard toast + jam. Beds were comfortable and showers fine.

i reserved ensuite room and i was disapointed to see that we dont have bathroom in our room, we only had shower with glass door looking in the rest of the room. and also we had one sink, and that was it for the "bathroom". no toilet!! but the hostel was clean and staff very helpfull.

This was a good place to stay, overall. My only complaint was the tv. My room was right above the common room, so I could hear the tv (and not be able to sleep) whenever someone was watching movies. The staff was responsive the one time I asked, but with turnover at the front desk, I didn't feel like I should have to notify them of an issue every day. It seems like a volume control should be put onto the tv.

The hostel is pretty good in a general way! Nice breakfast, bedrooms and staff... the only problems are the showers without hot water and the price for the internet: 5 pounds for 15 minutes!

I stayed 6 bed rooms girl's room. We had a shower room but no place to change clothes and the water was really cold and made me sick. So I used outside's shower but one of them was broken. I hope you fix that as soon as possible. I stayed room 49 and it was really hard to go the room with big heavy baggages. Made me so tired... But I liked the room. It was not small.

Staff was super friendly and rooms were super clean. While our shower flooded and toilet had issues, I loved this hostel and would definitely stay here again.

you'll have a problem if you wanna keep your stuff well-protected, because they just have a ring at the bottom of the bed to tie to the bed's leg. There are few few power plugs

This is a very good hostel, for those arriving by coach it\'s perfect, really near Victoria Coach Station. The perfect place to be for a few days, it has enough space in the rooms and the beds are good and clean. Staff is friendly too. I\'d say the breakfast was a bit overcrowded by the time I was there, but I don\'t know if it is like that everyday.

I booked an en-suite room to find that there was no toilet in the room, just a sink and shower so still had to use the toilets on the floor. The room was very cramped. Other than that no complaints. Good location with a bus stop right outside.

The staff there are nice and helpful. Some facilities need to be improved. For example, We were living in a 4 bedroom, the light and heater did not work quite well. The fire alarm was TOO sensitive...it was hit 3 times/night..could not sleep very well.

I liked being there. There was only a problem with a key (they didn't have one for me), so I hadn't any possibility of coming and going anytime I wanted. It was really awful. But I liked the hostel in other points of view.
