Hostel was really good, if you come to London for a few day trip it is situated in a very good and safe part of London. Also breakfast is above the average.

Thanks for the kind words! We're very happy with the location of our hostel. Being only 15 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace means it's very easy to find us. We've also just started serving juice and fresh bread rolls with our breakfast, all which add to our already great breakfast to get you started with your day.

Nice enough place, just stayed the one night so didn't make that big an impact, however the location is great. Central and easy to get to.

The Internet is spotty where available and not available throughout the entire building. The staff do their job but there where check in issues an they weren't the most welcoming. They are constantly around the hostel but they tend to stick together and aren't too friendly. I did really like that there were so many available toilets and showers. However, I paid for an en suite which here is really just a shower and sink in te middle of the bedroom so it was useless.

Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate you leaving your comments. Our staff members live at the hostel, so we're always available to help our guests feel welcome, or to just give advice on where to go. We always try to be friendly, so it's unfortunate you had a different experience. As for the internet, we've just updated our system. We now have an updated wifi system that reaches every room, and should be faster too. Please come stay with us again, we're always trying to improve things at the hostel and appreciate criticism.

A friendly hostel, not too loud. Convenient as just 10 minutes walk from Victoria. Warm inside despite freezing snow outside! The "en suite" is a bit odd - a sink at one end of the dorm, very small shower room at the other, and separate toilet just outside, but it worked well enough. My only small moan is the lockable cages under beds squeak quite loudly when slid out (not good when people are asleep!) but that's a very minor thing. Self-service breakfast is included. I would happily stay again.

Thanks for staying with us. Having Victoria Station just 10 minutes away from us is very helpful, and keep in mind that Pimlico station is even closer at around 3 minutes. Very helpful when you're traveling with large luggage. We offer the en suite rooms for anyone who would like one, but we have many showers and toilets throughout the building if you need more. We hope you'll come stay with us again, and please feel free to give us more feedback on your stay, we love to hear it.

Thanks for writing a review. We have our cleaners go through our hostel multiple times a day to ensure that our bathrooms and the rest of the hostel are clean and ready for the guests. We're sorry to hear you didn't find our bathrooms clean enough for you, but we will continue to try and improve and hope you'll try staying with us again.

Apart from some inane guitarist who thinks he is God's gift and whine's on until midnight scaring all the chics away .... the hostel is superb. Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen very clean. Showers/toilets clean. Good value. Good breakfast. Really friendly atmosphere.

They are Great people. It was my first time in a hostel and I must admit it's been a much better experience than I expected. Lockers are secure and in front of reception, but they are a bit small for my taste, although they work perfect for laptops and things like that. Free wifi could work fairly better though.

Thanks for the kind words, we all appreciate hearing positive comments, especially with our staff. It's also nice to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. We do our best to make you feel like comfortable while you're here, and hopefully we succeed. The lockers are very helpful for guests looking to secure valuable items. We're looking into ways to improve our free wifi at the moment, and hope to have an even faster system in place the next time you come to stay with us!

Thanks for staying. Our location is fantastic for seeing many sights through central London, but as you stated it's also very helpful for catching a bus to the airport or anywhere else. We feel our hostel is a fantastic place to meet people though. It may be quiet at times, but sometimes all it takes is one person to say "Where are you from?" and a large conversation has started. Try it next time you stay with us!
