Hostel was really good, if you come to London for a few day trip it is situated in a very good and safe part of London. Also breakfast is above the average.

It's a few minutes away from Victoria Station, which is perfect if you arrive from stansted airport. basic breakfast - toast and cereal. there could be some juice included. good room to relax and watch films. staff are nice.

Nice enough place, just stayed the one night so didn't make that big an impact, however the location is great. Central and easy to get to.

The Internet is spotty where available and not available throughout the entire building. The staff do their job but there where check in issues an they weren't the most welcoming. They are constantly around the hostel but they tend to stick together and aren't too friendly. I did really like that there were so many available toilets and showers. However, I paid for an en suite which here is really just a shower and sink in te middle of the bedroom so it was useless.

A friendly hostel, not too loud. Convenient as just 10 minutes walk from Victoria. Warm inside despite freezing snow outside! The "en suite" is a bit odd - a sink at one end of the dorm, very small shower room at the other, and separate toilet just outside, but it worked well enough. My only small moan is the lockable cages under beds squeak quite loudly when slid out (not good when people are asleep!) but that's a very minor thing. Self-service breakfast is included. I would happily stay again.

Apart from some inane guitarist who thinks he is God's gift and whine's on until midnight scaring all the chics away .... the hostel is superb. Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen very clean. Showers/toilets clean. Good value. Good breakfast. Really friendly atmosphere.

They are Great people. It was my first time in a hostel and I must admit it's been a much better experience than I expected. Lockers are secure and in front of reception, but they are a bit small for my taste, although they work perfect for laptops and things like that. Free wifi could work fairly better though.

I was disappointed that wifi was not offered in the rooms. There was little space to sit in the common areas.
