This hostel is not bad, but need more cleaning in the bathroom. The kitchen is cleaner and good. The

Apart from some inane guitarist who thinks he is God's gift and whine's on until midnight scaring all the chics away .... the hostel is superb. Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen very clean. Showers/toilets clean. Good value. Good breakfast. Really friendly atmosphere.

They are Great people. It was my first time in a hostel and I must admit it's been a much better experience than I expected. Lockers are secure and in front of reception, but they are a bit small for my taste, although they work perfect for laptops and things like that. Free wifi could work fairly better though.

I was disappointed that wifi was not offered in the rooms. There was little space to sit in the common areas.

Excellent location, decent size lockers/cages under the beds but they make so much noise! Free breakfast is good. Good common areas but might be better if there were games/activities on some or all nights. Its swipe card access to rooms but anyone from the street can get through the front door and walk around. Never had to wait for showers which were decent.

It is a busy noisy party hostel, especially on weekends. The staff always seemed annoyed when asked any questions, they were not very friendly. The bathrooms and showers could have been cleaner. It is in a great location for London. And the kitchen facilities were awesome.

when we were checking-in at 7-8pm, a long queue waiting ,only becoz the reception staff were handing over and counting the cash...rooms r fine. kitchen enough for cooking simple things.and big laudry place. only problem is the bed is too low .i'm only 155 cm, when sitting on the lower bunk, still bump head to the top all the time.and cant sit straightly on the lowerbunk. bending over all the time. no locker in room, only a big iron cage under bed for each one.

Clean and secure, with helpful staff. Very close to Pimlico tube. I would recommend it.

Very thankful to have washer/dryer available! I'd definitely recommend taking the tube to Pimlico and walking from there instead of trying to go from Victoria Station. It was a bit frustrating to not have wifi available in the room and only on the 1st floor. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Clean for the most part, but they should clean the showers every hour during the morning because they get disgusting.
