Very friendly staff, clean room & bathroom. Two common areas (one with a big screen TV).

If you stay in the private room on the 1st floor, it can be a bit loud, and it's pretty busy at breakfast time, looking for somewhere to sitdown and eat, but the location in London is brilliant.

The hostel was Okay in general, the best thing was the location, Pimlico is near the main attractions and the Thames is a few blocks away. The main problem was the showers, they were tiny and they didn't look very clean. The room I stayed in was rather small for 6, but I was only there to sleep. Breakfast was okay, the staff were friendly and they keep your valuable stuff for free if you ask them too, so it's quite safe. If you're too much concerned about hygiene I wouldn't recommend it.

This was our first time staying in a hostel. The atmosphere here was amazing. Very social and lively. You could easily just hang in the hostel and not be bored. I'd say most of the people we saw were under 25 which is probably why the place felt like it did. My only complaint is that the rest rooms/toilets were out of toilet paper a lot, but considering how big this place is, it's sort of expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The lounges were really great for hanging out and meeting other people at the hostel and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Netflix in one lounge is really great for relaxing, but don't forget to go out an sight see, you're on vacation! The bathrooms and showers were adequate and clean, and the nearby metro stop was great for getting around to other parts of London.

The rooms were in a pretty good condition and for hostel rooms they were very spacious. However, the showers and kitchen were not all that clean. The shower rooms are too small and there were flies around the shower cubicles. Same could be said for the kitchen and breakfast room. The kitchen area was also a little noisy at night due to gatherings of long term stayers.

I only stayed for half a night because I had to catch an early bus from Victoria. In the short time it seemed to me like a clean, nice place to stay and the staff were also very friendly. I can't comment on cleanliness with regards to the kitchen a I didn't make it down there (Why would you want to use the kitchen if you arrive 11pm and leave around 4am?). All in all, I'd stay there again.
