Bathrooms were quite disgusting, which I know is hard to keep clean with so many residents, but really, two floors without working toilets? Staff were amazingly helpful though, and the location is nice and close to Big Ben and Pimlico Tube.

Overall the hostel was good, and in a pinch I would stay there again. The staff was very helpful and the wi-fi was fast and free, which when traveling is a huge help. The bathrooms and the kitchen were fairly questionable at best. And the only issue I had was that the luggage room you use if you arrive early or check out and need a place to leave your bags post stay is barely attended by the staff. They are willing to give anyone the key to get in the room who asks or it is left open.

There doesn't seem to be any real intention of running a good hostel among the staff. They are mostly disinterested. Also, they need a new system of security, like a locked front door, and a secure luggage room that anyone can go into isn't secure.

I absolutely loved my stay at your hostel! It was my first time staying at a hostel i miss the hostel just as much as i miss the city. When i met up with my friends in London i would constantly brag about what a great and laid back atmosphere i was staying in. Everyone was so cool and I think the staff was extremely helpful it felt like i was staying in a college dorm rather then a hostel. You guys are AMAZING keep up the good work. THE ONLY COMPLAINT i have is that the windows where not clean

Great hostel, good location (near the tube), friendly staff and very clean for such a big hostel. The breakfast was ok, although some juice would be nice. However, there is no lift, and my room was on the top (4th) floor. You need to go up a narrow staircase, which is difficult with a huge suitcase. The 4th floor toilets didn't work during my stay and going down to 3rd or 2nd floor just to go to the toilet was a bit annoying. The rooms could use an extra plug. Would stay again.

I enjoyed staying at the hostel. It's really close to the metro station and this helps a lot in London. The breakfast is a bit confusing but ok. The bed was ok to.

The hostel was fine. The atmosphere was good and I met some nice people. Breakfast was fantastic and, in general, the room was OK. There were no lockers in the room (just a shelf) - that's the only thing I would improve.

The Hostel staff was friendly, but the rooms were small and not very clean. There was a shower in the room, which couldn't be closed properly, so the whole night we could hear the falling water drops...and the breakfast was really poor: musli, tea, milk, butter, bread...The location was perfect, is just walking distance to the most important turistic points!

The only thing I can complain was the cleanliness, the floor in the bedroom was dirty (hair, etc), and same thing for the showers and the toilets floor. But the rest was great! Good point for the little breads for breakfast.

For £30 a night its a bit expensive for what it is, but I suppose this is balanced out by its location in central London. Clean on the surface but the condition of some of the duvets and mattresses when we took off our sheets left much to be desired. Really friendly staff combined with the fact that we stayed in a room on the top floor with unbeatable views of the London skyline means I would reccommend this hostel
