For £30 a night its a bit expensive for what it is, but I suppose this is balanced out by its location in central London. Clean on the surface but the condition of some of the duvets and mattresses when we took off our sheets left much to be desired. Really friendly staff combined with the fact that we stayed in a room on the top floor with unbeatable views of the London skyline means I would reccommend this hostel

My only complaint would be that the showers and the kitchens were not clean. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, and an great location if you want to see the main tourist spots in London.

Rooms were not really clean. The sink in the room was bloked, the floor dirty and seemed not being cleaned every day. Besides that the staff was nice and the location convenient.

Second time @ Astor Victoria. It was all good. Highly recommended to each and everyone, man & woman. If u live in dorm, remember that u gotta share the room with your mates, and u can't live like u own the whole place. Humble yourself, respect your roommates or book a private room from Hilton. Peace, Love & Unity. Bless.

The rooms and general atmosphere are great, and the location is absolutely amazing. The showers are a bit small, and a forewarning on the steepness of the stairs would have been nice, but overall a wonderful saty and I would efinitely stay here again!

Hi, First I would like to express my admirations on Your great location - one of the main reasons that we chose You for our staying in London. There are 2 main things/black marks/ I would like to underline - 1) You have to pay a bit more attention on cleaning the rooms after Your guests and especially the floors. My experience comes from rooms 49 and 44. 2) In room 49 - please do something with that bathroom door - it shouldn't be so transperant!! +the sink was clogged and the heating low...

The staff were friendly and the location was really convenient. The hostel was equipped with kitchen and breakfast included, and I would consider this a good value for money. However, the sink inside my room were clogged, and the space of the toilet (and the sink) was so small.

Overall, it was a pretty good hostel. I liked the TV room with netflix. The room wasn't very clean, but that might be just my messy roommates.

A good option to stay in London due to it's location in the pretty area of Pilmico, close to two underground/train stations and about 10 minutes from Westminister area by both tube or bus. The place is clean and it has 24hr service, free Wi-Fi, lockers and also free breakfast. The toilettes are clean. The staff do their job and are helpful, even though they're young loud kids. I'm not a hostel kind of guy, but sometimes you have to save money when you travel and this place is recommendable

This is truly the epitome of a "hostel." It definitely did the job we needed, which was simply a place to sleep, but it was quite a hectic environment. Lots of stairs, people, and noise. There were people who had been living there for weeks, and there were about 8 different languages being shouted around the breakfast room each morning. The showers were the smallest I've ever seen. Plus sides: they did have decent wifi, and a locked luggage room, and the staff was very nice.

I loved the overall experience, the only problem I had was with the washrooms , I wish they were a little bigger.

Sinks in the toilets are tiny, which makes washing your face etc quite impossible. There was also problems with the lights in the toilets (lights didn't work) and no one fixed the problem during our stay (we informed the staff about the problem on our first day). But as it was my third time in Astor Victoria, I seem to like the place and can recommend it! Especially for those who arrive to Victoria Station as it's only 10 minutes walk to the hostel.

All the toilets seemed to be out of order at the same time, and it looked like the floors in the rooms had never been cleaned. Other than that, it wasn't a bad hostel, and the location was great.

The only problem I saw during my stay is that the lights on some of the toilets areas were not working properly, but other than that .. it was a great stay at the hostel .. really good atmosphere and the guys at reception were really helpful !! thanks guys !! :D
