stayed here for the 2nd time; it's been as enjoyable as the the first one. the dorm was a tad too tiny for 6 persons, yet it didn't bother us that much. the toilets and showers are OK; just don't set your Standards too high when staying in a hostel. nice additions have been the (very basic) free breakfast & linen and the friendly staff, plus the location's just excellent. i'd stay here for a 3rd time!

Great location, in a beautiful street! The atmosphere is familiar and the staff is nice and available. I think that cleaning could be much better, rooms and showers have always something dirty, especially the carpets room.

I can only highly recommend Astor Victoria! It was already my 3rd stay there (& I'll definintely come again). The location is fantastic. Wheter Big Ben or Buckingham Palace they are within 20 min walking distance. Another great feature about the location is that Victoria station is a public transport hub. The basic breakfast also fits a traveller's requirements :) Additionally a Sainsburys (grocery) and other shops, bars and restaurants are just around the corner. Friendly staff too :-)

Hello! I really liked my stay in the hostel, but there are a few thinks that could be better for exemple, the computers coud be a place where could have privacy when using them and not being watched, at the same time, because they are in the same place as the t.v. and in the room, people dont really respect others, like they come any time and make lots of noise, there are no presence light, just the main light whish distorbs whos sleeping. otherwise i loved it,thank u for your simpathy.

Very big hostel, easy to met lots of people. It was in a very central place, easy to get to things in the city. The kitchen was HUGE, and the staff were really helpful. The only downside was the shower was cold and one of the bathrooms didn't lock properly.

This place felt very secure, and its location right by Victoria station can't be beaten! We arrived late at Victoria Coach station, and it was nice not having to hop onto the Underground late at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place seemed pretty clean. The showers were a little tricky to figure out at first, though, haha.

I didn't have enough time to enjoy the hostel, because I went in business. But the bed was really comfortable, clean, the room was warm, and the environment was as quiet as possible. It's perfectly located, very central and only 10 min away from victoria by walking. It was perfetc for my short stay. I will come back to Astoria for sure on the next time I visit London.

Sometimes water doesn't flow well at the shower and the sink in our room. But others are perfect and I really enjoyed my first stay in London.

Free breakfast in the morning - great! The staff was all so interesting and friendly, and always around if you needed them for anything. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the showers!

It was clean and tidy, the breakfast was fine and they offer warm rolls :) Although I would prefer filter coffee instead of soluble. I only stayed a night, but I'm thinking in using this hostel every time I will go to London.

Lockers in rooms would make security better or advise people to bring bigger padlocks

The staff is friendly and I was happy to be so close to victoria station. However, the toilet was blocked, the shower didn't work and it was not possibly to close the window properly.

The hostel's location was perfect. 5 minutes from Pimlico Station and 10 from the Victoria bus station. The area was very safe and the buildings were very pretty. The staff is great, and always there to help. The luggage storage was helpful on our travel days, and we felt comfortable leaving our things. Breakfast was included and well-worth it. The only problems we had were with the water pressure in the shower, and it wasn't quite hot enough. Other than that, GREAT place to stay!

We were very glad there was free wifi and complementary breakfast! The last place we stayed at you had to be downstairs in the common room and pay for it. The breakfast was simple, but exactly what you'd expect for what you pay - toast, cereal, warm rolls. The room was very, very tiny - we stayed in a room with a double bed. We could hardly open the door to get in! However, when in there it was very warm, relatively clean and comfortable. Just what you need for a couple of nights when touring.
