Astor Museum Inn completely surpassed my expectations - the location was excellent, the bathroom very clean and the staff helpful. There was generally little noise throughout the night, allowing us some much needed sleep. Breakfast was wonderful. However, security was a slight concern as anyone could gain access to the storage room. Also I was unable to lock my belongings under the bed because the draw wouldn\'t shut properly. Overall, however, a very enjoyable stay!

I felt right at home in the hostel. It kind of sucked that I couldn't check in until 2 pm because all i wanted to do was sleep off my jet lag and I couldn't.

The staff could not have been nicer. The location wasn't exactly by the main tourist attractions, but it was close to most of the night life anyway and only a short tube ride from the sights. Recommend it to anyone going to London, especially if you want a friendly, youthful staff.

The costs for tickets to airport stansted are higher than the prices written on the pinboard in the hostel! I'd appreciate it to have up-to-date-information on the board.
Anyhow - i enjoyed the stay a lot!

The location absolutely can\'t be beat. I was in the mixed room, which seemed to be mostly singles or pairs who were using the hostel to sleep and little else, so there wasn\'t much socializing going on. Security is fantastic. The inside door has a key pad and the code changes daily. Do note that you\'ll need a £10 note when you check in as a deposit for the key.

Location is excellent. Easy to get to from Heathrow and right near two different tube line stops. Staff are great and helpful.

The staff could have done a better job of communicating to guests about security and access to buildings. Overall, after hearing form other travelers experiences at other Hostels around London, Astor Museum Inn is a ver good hostle to stay in.
