Very good HOTEL (not a hostel). Very clean and secure. 24hrs staff. Towels and soup in the bathroom. Very good breakfast. And vert cheap for all those things. If I go back to bologna, i will stay there again.

We stayed at the apartment, 150 meters from hotel. It was ok, but nothing special - was nice to have a kitchen though. Breakfast at the hotel was good.

I'd a lovely time at this hostel (it's actually a hotel)! The staff is very kind, the place is nice and clean and the breakfast is quite good.

It wasn`t mentioned anywhere that I will be placed outside the hotel, in one of Astoria apartments, several streets further. The condition of this apartment was poor. If I had this information, plus the pictures of what to expect, I would put my money elsewhere.

I love the beautiful and neat room and the free body shampoo and body wash and also detergent provided were very thoughtful and they smelled wonderful. The double bed was spacious and very comfortable and we can watch TV if we want to. Bathroom ensuite was amazing too and shower was warm. Heating was very good in the room and we did not feel cold at all. In fact, one can even sweat. We got a free map and breakfast was provided though we missed that because we woke up too late.

1. The egg in the breakfast is probably out of date. The yolk turned into green with interesting smell. 2. One of the staffs is indifferent and reluctant to tell basic information about the hotel and the city, somehow chill visitors.

Staff let us keep our bags in the back room. If you get an apartment, it can be a 5-10 minute walk away from the front desk where breakfast and check-out is. Breakfast was good, staff were polite, but not necessarily friendly like an owner of a smaller place.

We stayed in the appartment in Via Galiera 61. It was great. Breakfast was good and the location is OK near the train station and the centre.

Ask to have the appartment in Via Galliera 61. Cheap, funny: a very nice place to spend your days.

Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Our booking was changed from a twin to an apartment when we got there but that was fine. Air conditioned with a sink and cooking hob. Also a safe which good in terms of security. Great location

Nice hotel, and very close to a train station. Very small bathroom in 1p room, but could live with that. Would recommend.

Perfect for a cheap, central, nice place to stay for a couple of days. Internet was only in lobby and was temperamental, but really nice breakfast, comfortable and clean room with air con (it only goes on from about 9pm until 8am, but was sufficient for the night) and was very quiet.

This place was wonderful for the price! After traveling from hostel to hostel it was great to have my own room and bathroom. The basic single is quite small but my room and bathroom were clean. The staff was helpful and the free breakfast spread in the morning was better than I expected. They have free bike rentals which is cool. The directions from the train station they gave were difficult so I would suggest looking them up for yourself before you arrive.

I thought it was good value for money with an excellent breakfast, however due to bad luck I got a room where it was clear that a previous occupant had vomited. There were stains on the side of the bed and a faint (but unmistakeable) smell in the room. I'm sure the staff do a good job cleaning day-to-day but something like this should have had more effort put in to sort out. A smile or two from staff wouldn't hurt either!

It is an hotel indeed! An apartment to be more precise, it even as marble floor, with a small kitchen on the room, but no exhaustion. The bed was excellent, the bathroom too, the cable tv, the air conditioned.. everything was top! It only misses the cosiness of a real hostel... but on the rest its a real hotel!!! the breakfast was great!!!

Conditioner is not working from 9-14! In the summer it is a complete suicide to stay there in the afternoon. Breakfast is good. Close to the main railway station. Internet is 5 euro per day and you get a modem, which you need to install by yourself in the room. Hotel Parking is 25 euro per day - as much as parking it at the entrance.
