Las habitaciones son apartamentos que están a 10 minutos andando desde el hotel. Los habitaciones estan situadas más centricas que el hotel. Los apartamentos son como la habitación de un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas con cocina incluida. Hay servicio de habitaciones y desayuno incluido, pero hay que ir hasta e hotel. En general se merece una buena valoración. En la misma calle está la mejor gelateria de bolonia.
