Only stayed the two nights in a private room, but thought it was a nice place. Couldn't really fault it, seemed a fairly quiet relaxing type of place rather than party central.
We stayed 4 nights at At Home and we truly enjoyed it. The staff is very helpful and nice. We rent a scooter with them, and 10 minutes after we left we had a flat tyre. We called them, they came immediately and manage to get the tyre changed. One hour later we were on the road again and they didn't charge us for the flat tyre. The room is clean and nice. Mattress is a bit hard though, but not the worst we had in Thailand. Aircon wasn't very efficient.... But overall it's a good place to stay!
Nice place and stuff are very kind and helpful . The food are also good, better than the bar and restaurant in the city central or night market.
If you r lucky to get the No 8 Room. Congrats!!! You will have the exact same experience as we had, which is in the middle of the 2rd floor surrounded by all the other rooms , no real windows with 1 fan, super hot during night even in Feb. Two beds r like Thai message beds, narrow and high. Floor covered with dust, dim light. And there might be a bonus, like midnight card-playing neighbors or drunk assholes knock on your door. To be fair, other rooms are better condition and the breakfast r good
Very nice Breakfast, one can choose between 4 varieties which are all very tasty. A grown man may has to order a second dish for 80 Baht but in general it's enough.
Good guesthouse. A little far away from the center. Good breakfast. Tiny rooms.
Very friendly and supportive staff in a very tropical environment complete with ferns and palm on two sides of the breakfast room. If u like muesli, they have one to die for.....the best I've ever tasted. Very convenient location.
Nice Guesthouse with a very helpful staff. Not far from the bus stop to Old Sukhothai (15 minutes by feet). Good breakfast. Some room are not vey big but enough to spend 2 nights.

Best breakfast we had on the entire 16 day trip! We had to leave early in the morning and so they gave us breakfast early before the set breakfast time! Thanks so much :)
The guest House is in New Sukhothai, but it's only about a 15min Walk to the Bus Station to the Historical Park. The Food is excellent and the staff helps with everything you need. I can recommend it for 100%.
This is a very nice guest house, very clean, very friendly staff, but it is a little bit far away from the city center. There were mostly families and couples staying, so as a solo traveler, it was not easy to meet people. Therefore I would recommend this guest house to couples, but not to solo travelers.
Stayed in one of the bungalows which was small but nice. Furniture is new, everything was clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel also offers nice enough food.
It is a very nice place with a quite a good breakfast. The guesthouse is surrounded by a pretty garden. The only disadvantage are frogs croaking all night.
This is a really good place to stay if you want to be in the new city of sukhothai. The staff are amazing and the whole place has a really homely vibe. We stayed in both the wooden lodge style room and the outer guest house and they were both great. The lounge is nice and good for beers and grub.
Decent guesthouse. It has a nice outside area, although when we were there, not many other people seemed to hang out there. It's not directly in the middle of the (new) city, but it's only a 5-10 minute walk. Recommended if you're looking for a rather quiet place.
