the staff were very rude and unfriendly. and even though myself and the person i went with dont speak much italian we tried to communicate as much as we could as the staff we dealt with didnt speak any english, but dont think we got one smile the whole time we were there! ....the wifi was free but didnt work in our rooms and we had to ask for the heaters to be turned on, they werent done automatically and it was freezing until we asked.
