Very clean room and great staff! But the neighbourhood is not the best. Breakfast is very poor and not all rooms have air conditioning. However, it has all the essential for a confortable night.

Athens Colorful Urban Home is a lovely, friendly place and is especially great considering how inexpensive it is. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are colorful (living up to the name), and although some of the facilities are a little old and it is not in the nicest part of town, we had a great stay here and highly recommend it!

Needs a stand up fan for the room - far too hot without it Found a bug in the kitchen Everything else was clean and the price was great

Staying at Athens Colorful Urban Home was like staying at an old relative's apartment in the city. The apartment complex is old but definitely functional and clean. Each floor has three or so rooms so you'll have roommates but they tend to stick to themselves. A shared bathroom and common area. Overall the stay was rather comfortable and super private, with ample amount of space to store your items (and move in!). Pillows are on the flatter/uncomfortable side. Breakfast provided is great!

Lovely staff, great value for money. Good location close to everything.

Staff was wonderful and the rooms were nice. It's a shame that Location and safety however were absolutely terrible. We didn't not feel safe. Junkies and hookers were everywhere, shooting up and doing their "jobs" right outside the door. I wouldn't stay in this area again if you paid me. We were harassed, grabbed, and threatened. I am not over exaggerating. Please take my word for it, the area is not safe. Police stormed the building when we were leaving and we still don't know why. Stay away!

Amazing place, highly recommend !!

I would prefer as a guest to have the option to choose between breakfast or for a bit less money have no breakfast. Also it was not clear, for how many people the breakfast was prepared, so it wasn´t easy to know how much one person could eat. Also in one of the toilets there was never enough toiletpaper, and there is no storage inside the appartment to get more. And it would have been nice to be informed about who is staying in which room, since you share common spaces.
