Very nice staff. But the place is pretty much run down.. but might be ok for the money.. i haven't got any comparison for athens.. carpet in rooms smells bad. Very noisy during night caused by the street. 25 min. by foot to the city etc. Breakfast consists of two slices bread, jam, coffee and juice. That was ok..

My boyfriend and i booked the double deluxe room and we got a separate bedroom for 3 people, not very romantic or clean. It was very warm inside and, just our luck, the ventilator was broken. This and the loud noises outside made it impossible to get some sleep. Outside the building were junkies and prostitutes. The breakfast, that was included, was feta and jam, nothing more, nothing less. The badroom and toilet need to be renovated; the toilet only flushed when you pulled 4 or 6 times.
