Directions to the hostel are a little confusing-when they say Victor Hugo is right there, they mean turn right there and then walk 150m. The bathrooms could do with some bleach and a scrub brush on the grout, but the other surfaces were actually pretty clean. Only two lockers for a rooms with 5 beds. Staff are there to get the job done, but are amenable if you talk to them. 2 metro stops from the heart of Ancient Athens. Maybe not an amazing neighbourhood, but I didn't feel unsafe.

Bathroom was old and unclean. Shower wasn't very good and water went everywhere. I found the location intimidating as a single female traveller arriving at 10pm at night. Wifi was temperamental in rooms.

Dorms have really small bathrooms but they are private. They also have lockers to use in the rooms. Front desk people were nice but not very keen on giving directions or indications, just a very small map (get another). The location is a bit shady, and definitely scary at night, but the subway is a few blocks and from there is easy to get around. For the price, is great. They did messed up the reservation i had to extend my stay but gave me a private room for the price of a dorm instead.

Only issue I had was that there was a family on my floor which had kids that were yelling and crying at 1:00am in the morning two nights in a row. Other than that everyone was good.

The aera is really not welcoming. appart from that, the staff is welcoming, and the rooms are ok. It was very noisy all night long though, and we didn't come back.

good hostel about 15 min walk from sights but in a rather seedy part of town. i kept getting harassed as i walked through the neighborhood. staff was average, breakfast was 2.5 euro and filling enough, but stingy on the coffee.

You get was you pay for with this hostel. Bathroom would flood if you took a shower. The toilet was so close to the shower that you couldn't sit down with out putting your feet into the shower. Sheets and beds seemed dirty. It lacked any atmosphere. Staff would hang out inside the reception area smoking and were not very helpful.

This hostel was great value for money, although would have preferred to have my own key rather than having it always leave it at the front desk.

Staffs arw really nice. Little far away from central area(30min)s walk but good public transfertation connection. Clean and cozy

We completely fell in love with Greece! The place is great, we were able to leave our baggage for two days.
