Good location, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly, Breakfast is ok as only toast and boiled egg are served (better than no breakfast). The greatest thing about Athens Studios is the location: it\'s a 5 minute walk to the Acropolis and within walking distance of every major tourist site in Athens. I didn\'t even buy a bus/metro pass while staying there. The kitchen was new and clean, but be aware that there is no microwave and only one pot and one pan. This can make things a little frustrating when trying to cook a more elaborate meal (ex: meat, vegetables, rice). This apartment was a haven in the middle of Athens. The air conditioning was fantastic. This apartment was great for our family. We are travelling with two teenage children and we were able to have some privacy in our own room. The Acropolis was special at night and within easy walking distance with lots of great restaurants to choose from.This apartment was a haven in the middle of Athens. This is a top hostel run by good hostel people. We weren't in the studios part (which I gather is different), but the hostel proper, and we had no complaints whatsoever and met a lot of cool people. They organise a lot of daytrips right out of the hostel and do drinks in the evening on a rooftop bar. Every city has a few top quality hostels and this is one well worth considering for Athens.This is a top hostel run by good hostel people.
