they even didn't expect us to come. They said they got stolen everything and required us to sleep in 3 bed room for 4 people. Hostel world should do something on them

We were late arrival and we wrote that we gonna arrive after 12 o'clock. First of all it was difficult to get in to hostel after calling many times, knocking on the door receptionist let us in, secondly he told that they are overbooked and he can't help us! after telling that this is not our problem that they are overbooked finnally he called to somebody and suggested other place but he said that you have to pay more ! think twice before booking this place!

On my first night they didn't have a room for me in the proper hotel--even though I made a reservation, so I had to stay across the street in a studio apartment. It was fantastic. It was big, well lit, had nice facilities, it felt new. The next night, however, I had to stay in the hotel and it was not that great. The best part was the view of the harbor. There was no hot water, it smelled of cigarettes, the lighting was also very bad.
