The staff were lovely and very helpful including going to buy bus tickets for our onward journey and collecting us at the entrance to the medina. it was very clean.

Hostel Atlantic is the best hostel in Morocco. I really recommend this hostel, because of the people who manage it, the atmosphere and spirit, Yahya, Pecho Javadbouyikhan are the best :)

Excellent staff who are helpful but not pushy and happy to include everybody to create a happy atmosphere. Would unhesitatingly recommend this place.

We booked to stay here for 3 nights and ended up staying over a week. The staff were very helpful and good company too: Great Music every night, excellent food and nice atmosphere in general. Essaouira is a lovely place and we hope to visit again.

The staff at the hostel are wonderful, and will help with anything. The girls who clean do a great job, and they also cook amazing tagines for dinner (small extra charge). The wifi didn't work on my phone, although it was working on someone else's computer. There is no front door so people can come and go as they please, but the staff know who is staying there and keep an eye on things for you. The kitchen needs a few more sharp knives, but there was always soap and toilet paper which was great!

The owner of the hostel was very nice and chill. Otherwise though, the hostel seemed a little lacking. There was only one staff member who knew what they were doing, if you asked the others anything they would always have to run off and yell for that one guy, which quickly got old. Our room was a little weird, it had no windows and most of the beds in it almost seemed like couches. My biggest problem was that when we first arrived the toilets were the absolute most disgusting thing ever seen.

Clean, comfy and frendly hostel. I really enjoyed my time here. I had funny nights played guitar and drums with other travellers! Definetely the best place to stay in Essaouira!!!

The guys at the hostel were so helpful and friendly and the place has a lot of charm. It is also in a great location! Would reccomend!

When there were issues the staff made every effort to resolve them. They were very friendly and kind. I had a great experience here despite the showers not staying warm for very long.

Atlantic Hostel was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had trouble finding the hostel the first night but once we located it, it was easy to find for the rest of our stay.

Atlantic hostel is by far the best hostel I stayed at during my month in morocco. I had originally planned to stay two nights but couldn't bring myself to leave for 8 more nights. The staff are some of the most genuine and welcoming people I've met, creating a home away from home for all the guests where meeting other travellers couldn't be easier. The hostel is clean, hot showers, a fantastic view of essaouira from the terrace and really great value for money. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent value for your money. Clean and with a nice atmosphere and staff. I was surprise to find soap in the bathrooms. Something not very common in Hostels. Also different from other Hostels they even keep a constant supply of toilet paper in their bathroom. Almost every evening there is a "happy hour" where any body who knows how to play a musical instrument or sings participate. One of the staff members, Yahya, is a very good guitar player and drummer. You won't be bored.

Atlantic Hostel is probably still an insiders tip, but it's just a matter of time till it's going to be listed in major travelguides. We planned to stay two nights in Essaouira, we stayed five and probably longer if we had more time. And that is due to the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.This is the place to calm down if you have got enough of the busy cities. I think there is nothing more to say but a quote from Yaya (staff): I love people I want everybody to be happy. Enjoy!! P.S:GoodMusic!
