The Atlantis hostel in Picton was not great. We somehow ended up with bunk beds after booking a double room and the rooms were quite small. Staff spent alot of time lounging around and were a bit off. Kitchen was ok and cleanliness was average. Rooms were not too expensive and location was close to ferry terminals. Not alot to do in Picton anyway so one night was enough.

I thought the hostel was a very friendly place with helpful staff. The lounge area was cosy and comfortable with entertainment options for guests such as games and music

It was very laid back and personal. I really enjoyed this backpacker. They also offered a free breakfast with some wonderful Frank Sinatra playing in the background. The location is right next to the Ferry Terminal which was really convenient. I would recommend Atlantis anytime!

Second time I've stayed here, definitely better to fork out a little extra for a smaller room, quite a good bit nicer! I like the character of this place, it's very comfortable and well decorated. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, they were great, even giving me a lift to the ferry port with my huge amount of luggage. Very close to the ferry port , shops, and the scenic waterfront.

The kitchen is a bit small and our room had nothing to hang things like a wet towel on. We liked that the room was very light, the breakfast and the desert.

Did not like this one. The aircon was set wrong and the room was like a fridge until they turned it completely off. The wifi internet is incredibly slow and disconnects all the time. The walls of rooms are thin as tin foil, you can hear the neighbour next door farting, talking, etc. Also the doors closes really loud so it was quite impossible to sleep with all the noise. Staff also didn\'t seem to care, instead they sat in the common room making noise themselves and drinking. Yippee. Nice to wake up @6AM to
