Very nice place, the facade is a little bit untidy, but inside it's a very very nice place, the kitchen, the rooms and all the facilities are great. The people at the reception was very nice, and it's just 15 minutes from the main square. Very cheap and very clean. if I come back to Krakau, sure I'll look up for a place in Atlantis once again ;)

The staff were excellent. Any help we needed they were extremely helpful. Top marks! In all, we had a great stay, the hostel is in a good location, the double private was nice and excellent value for money.

Pretty good accomodation for the money. Although had to keep the window open due to the "funny" smell in the room. Also had to make my bed by myself, all the sheets and stuff were just stacked on the bed. People on the reception were really nice, their English was great and they gladly helped us every time we asked for something.

Had a bit of a hard time finding the hostel since the directions mention a big sign, but the sign was nowhere to be seen. Tomorrow morning I saw it broken in pieces laying inside of the hostel gate. But apart from that, the stay in the hostel was great.

Enjoyed our stay here, real close to all the spots. Rooms were great, kitchen very well equipped, modern and clean, with lots of free food, tea coffee, milk, bread etc. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Only 2 issues…please don't expect to sleep here without very good ear plugs. Got a bit rowdy at night when the younger ones returned from wherever. But all in all a great place to stay (if you've got good ear plugs) taxi charged us 80 slovty to airport as opposed to 50 quoted @ reception

Hostel is within walking distance from the city's main attractions. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. However, the common areas were awkward, always empty and trashed. The kitchen is well equipped, but had rotting trash. The door to the rooms area should auto-lock, but for some reason it doesn't and was always opened. Staff was very nice and helpful.

For a first-time hostel experience I feel that it was very good. The rooms were very secure, and I liked having a spacious cupboard/locker to put my belongings in during my stay. The room and bathroom was clean, warm, and new. In this area my only complaint would be that the floors weren't cleaned, which meant that bare feet got dirty fast. That aside, the location was ideal because it was close to the popular areas without being dead center in a party zone. I enjoyed my stay.

Atlantis Hostel is completly renovated, so the rooms are very open, big and nice decorated. The staff is also nice. The situation of the Hostel is very good. You need just 10 min to the market square, where all interesting places and good clubs are situated. The Hostel looks outside old, but inside it's really good. In the kitchen you can find all things you need for cooking. I surely will book it again, when i'll visit next time Krakau.

Had a pretty stressful time. We arrived to find out that the rooms we had booked were under renovation! We had received no emails about this. It took awhile for the staff to figure out what to do but eventually they got a cab for us and sent us to another hostel and promised we would get the same kinda room we had reserved (double bed room). We arrived at the other hostel and where then told that they had no double bed rooms for us. In the end we had the wrong room and were far from Old Town.

Hostel`s building is too old and it was not upkept. At first, it leave sceptical skeptical impression, but its kitchen and toilets are very clean and you can find whatever you want.

The Hostel is in good walking distance to the city centre and the Jewish district, however, it takes about 15min to get there if you walk at normal pace. Rooms were clean, doors are locked with codes, so you feel very safe. A bit odd: There are no separate bathrooms for men and women, but if you're okay with that (and I was), the facilities are very good and clean. Lockers are provided and the staff is very friendly. I'd book it again :)

The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. They were also very helpful if we needed anything. Security was good with pass codes and large lockers. The beds were comfy but the rooms were too hot at night! The kitchen facilites were good and the common room was a great space to chill out. The bedrooms could benefit from having sockets for the top bunks to use. The hostel was also in a great location.

SO much better than before!!! I admire new kitchen and common room, it was necessary for the hostel to have it! And I LOVE the green fridge! ::D good wifi connection. thanks to the lovely receptionist for the help, she was so patient, she answered aaaall my bizarre questions about the museums, special bookshops (they closed the only russian bookshop in Krakow! ;( ) and original types of vodkas. Hope to see you there again in June Agata !!!!
