The hostel's building looks so old and poorly-maintained but the the actual hostel inside the building is very nice and tidy. Staff are so nice and helpful. It was great that there were 2 computers at the reception for guests. Breakfast was a great idea, cereals, milks, coffee, tea, etc... Thank you, I loved it

Thanks for the review - we really appreciate you liked your stay. Just to clear one thing out - we don't offer actual breakfast: as you said, it's just milk, cereals, coffee and tea. Cheers. Tom

The entrance to the hostel leaves a lot to be desired. That and the state of the stairways made me dread what the room would be like. To my surprise the double bed with private ensuite was very impressive however the hot water in our bathroom did not work at all during our 4 day stay which meant using the shared bathroom. Kitchen and dining facilities were clean and presentable. The place could be top notch with some work being done on entrance and stairways. Work on these to start later in year

We stayed two nights. The luggage room was a little bit unsecure, we only grabbed the key from the reception and went to a garden where we could lock in the bags ourselves (what happens if somebody forgets to lock the door?) Also, irst night we where placed in room 12 on 3th(?) floor, where there was mold in the air. My boyfriend had a hard time breathing, and the helpful staff let him change room, but there the air also was quite bad. The other rooms where bad too. Good staff that let us change

The inside of Atlantis Hostel is very nice. The bathrooms were especially wonderful - I liked the showers at Atlantis the best of any on our entire trip through Europe. I never had to wait to use a shower and there was plenty of privacy for changing. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Also, the location is really the best part of staying at this hostel. It is right in between the Old Town area and the Jewish Quarter - no need for public transport!

Very nice place, the facade is a little bit untidy, but inside it's a very very nice place, the kitchen, the rooms and all the facilities are great. The people at the reception was very nice, and it's just 15 minutes from the main square. Very cheap and very clean. if I come back to Krakau, sure I'll look up for a place in Atlantis once again ;)
