We booked for a private ensuite room, but were given a room that was not ensuite. We had to cross common kitchen area to use the toilet and shower. Between toilet and shower has no curtain, so the floor was wet. Before we used the floor there was a lot of hair! We felt that rather dirty.

Friendly stuff, located in the centre of the city, the street is not very safe because of the presence of cabaret and night club, anyway the hostel is so close to the Old Town Square and you can reach it in a few minutes. In the hostel there are no common spaces and while the bedroom is clean and comfortable, the room outside looks a little dirty and scruffy. In the services of the hostel is written they have a parking for cars, but they don't: they just make you park in an unguarded parking.

The hostel is in a good location but maybe not very family friendly as there are a few cabarets and saunas on the same road. Our stay was very enjoyable but I do have to raise a couple of points. Our mattresses were terrible and we could feel every spring against our backs and our room was meant to be en-suite but our 'private bathroom' was not located in the bedroom but a couple of yards down the corridor. Not a problem to us but I can see how couples might feel awkward about this.

It was very noisy in the night because the hostel is located on a road full of cabarets. the cooker didn\'t work. and the carpets in the room were dirdy.

The hostel was great. The manager was not there when we got there, but he made sure someone waited for us, gave us the key and showed us the room. The people were very cordial and the room has a great view. The hostel is very close to the places you want to visit and it is only a 10min walk to old town. The only problem is climbing the steep staircase, 6 floors up. It discourages frequent trips back and forth! Great hostel! Will definately stay there again.

This wasn't a traditional hostel as such, you check in at a tiny office and the rooms are set out as apartments, which itself is not so bad. I never saw staff in the apartment, and only saw other people there once, they were not friendly. However good location, if you don't mind quite seedy areas. Great City, below average hostel

Since it was low season I was offered for a very reasonable sum an upgrade to a single room on the top floor with a spectacular view of the castle across the river. The location is fantastic and the place was quiet, warm, clean and safe, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely return.
