Great hostel in a great location-nice and quiet which is why I have put the 'fun' section as average.....couldn't really answer that question! great base for exploring KL with really friendly staff who were most helpful.

We didn't find the staff very helpful at all, particularly when we were leaving. We had to check out at 2.30am for our flight, and when we asked at reception earlier in the day to book a taxi for us they said No. So we had to go with all our bags in the middle of the night and flag one down which was quite stressful. Also, the entrance is in an abandoned restaurant with no lighting. We came home one evening to find a homeless guy sleeping in there. Room was clean. Good showers, very new.   Read Owner Comments

Great place to stay right in the heart of KL. The owner/manager is very friendly and helpful. I am already planning to return trip next year and will stay here again.

The owner is very polite, friendly and helpful. The guest house is remarkable clean and a great deal since it includes the amenities of towels and air con but not at a huge price in a great area of KL. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. BUT..it is a quite, small guesthouse. If you're looking for a place to meet lots of people and socialize all night, this may not be your cup of tea.

The manager was really nice, when we had to move rooms because we stayed an extra night, he moved our bags for us and even hung our clothes. Good air conditioning too

Attapsana was a welcome relief from hectic KL! The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the rooms felt considerably more upmarket than your average guesthouse, while still at a very fair price.

I stayed there just one night before taking my plane so I can not give a good advice. Anyway, the guesthouse is well located and very clean clean so it is ok.

I guess I\'m too old for this style of accomodation. Although the place was very clean it was just way too basic (for me). The shared bathroom hadn\'t proper doors but folding plastic doors with a simple latch for locking. That was strange. In our room we had a small lamp by the beds - which didn\'t work. There where no power plugs so we couldn\'t recharge our cameras and mobiles or blow-dry our hair. The room was big enough but the \'window\' was only glass blinds - didn\'t feel quite safe.

Very nice and friendly service, the rooms were big and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was a bit too wet but we managed :)
