Welcome to Au Bon Accueil. Our Hostel is family run and English owned . Free shuttle service for guests arriving on foot only, from Pontorson, and Mont St Michel. We have cycles to hire,the route to Mont St Michel is along quiet farmers roads.Free WIFI.
For guests arriving on foot from Paris i believe the cheapest way to get here is Paris - Caen - Pontorson. There are plenty of places to visit besides Mont St Michel, buses stopping outside go to Fougeres and St Malo and Dol de Bretagne and by train it's possible to spend a few hours in Dinan.

Situated just 30 minutes from the ferry port of St.Malo,and 10 minutes (via les Poulders)from the World Heritage Site of Mont St Michel, our B & B and hostel accommodation is ideally located for weekend breaks or a longer vacation.

As well as the historic walled city of Saint Malo, within 30 minutes there are the beautiful medieval towns of Dinan and Dol De Bretagne, the ancient capital of Brittany. Across the unique 'Barrage de la Rance' is the holiday resort of Dinard, very British in style with its Edwardian architecture.

Visit the fairytale château at Combourg or, for the children, the zoo and château at nearby La Bourbonsais or the Cobac Water-park.

Along the coast is the small port of Cancale, famous for its oysters, which are harvested in the bay, along with the famous mussels or 'moules de bouchots'

From May onwards our barbecue area will be open.
For guests there are three places to eat within walking distance,across the road Tric'horn Kafe and five minute walk to village is The Oystercatcher bar and also the Telegraph restaurant.
