Au Bon Accueil Reviews

The owners of Au Bon Accueil are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are clean and the area is safe. We visited Dinan, Dinard and St Malo which is a great day trip in a car from this hostel and are worth seeing in addition to Mont St Michel.

We loved it there. I stayed in another hostel later, and it wasn't as good.

Jane and Paul were wonderful hosts, and the bnb was very clean and very comfortable. We\'ve traveled quite a lot, and this is one of the friendliest and nicest places we\'ve ever stayed at. The location is a bit removed from both Mont Saint-Michel and the train station, but this was more than made up for by the door-to-door transportation they provided from the train station to the bnb and from the bnb to the Mont. Highly recommended.

We're lucky to stay there. We stayed for just 2 nights at a double room. No complaints for this hostel. We could felt as if we lived here. Especially owner, Paul and Jane is very very kind. They offer you free pick up service to Mont San-Michel and a station. So you don't have to worry about it's location. Thanks to them, we enjoyed a local taste food and atmosphere. For us, next day to leave, we couldn't catch a taxi, and Paul offers me us a free drive to station at 6am! Wonderfully kind!

I have never felt so welcomed. This has been one of the best experiences of my life. The people were extremely nice and helpful. The place was beautiful and situated in a perfect place to see the less touristy area. I would definitely come back very soon and I already suggested this place for many people. 10/10!!!

We will have great memories from the time we had been staying in Au Bon Accueil hotel. Wonderful area, clean and lovely rooms and owners who are really amazingly nice persons. I would love to recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recommend to go Mont St.Michel and St.Malo during staying in this hostel. Everybody 's very kind!!!

This was the best hostel that I have been to! Although it is not located right infront of the Mont St. Michel but owner give free drive to Mont St. Michel (10-15min drive) and also provides pick up services from close by train staition (we missed our train and owner picked us from futher away train staition)! I I could take look Mt. St. Michel from far away and also have a peak at the village around the place.

The hostel was clean, bright and spacious. The hosts were magnificent, brimming with hints and travel ideas. They provided maps, directions and were always keen to know what your interests were and suggested places to go that might be of interest to you. As English speakers it truly felt like a home away from home. I would stay here again (and again and again) and will suggest it to my friends if they head out this way! Thank you Au Bon Accueil!

Staying here felt less like staying in a hostel/B&B and more like staying with an excellent host family. They were extraordinarily accommodating and helpful! We loved our stay at Au Bon Accueil!

Staying at Au Bon Accueil was the best hotel/hostel experience I've had! Jane and Paul were the best hosts- so kind and considerate! Paul picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the Mont! The location was beautiful, the room was precious and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, I definitely recommend you add breakfast! Everything was so sweet and precious I am planning to go back as soon as I can!
