I was overall pretty happy with the hostel. My only complaints were that the curtains in the dorm were very thin and let in a lot of light early in the morning. Also, several of the beds didn't have ladders. Aside from that, the hostel was lovely and the reception was very friendly.

The gentleman at the front desk that received me upon check in was incredibly helpful and courteous. I can say without a doubt that it is the best customer service I have ever received. I was upgraded to a better dorm, where I ended up staying by myself, huge bonus. The place is generally a bit stinky, but I don't think that is something they can control (sewage). The value was very good. I wish they had bath mats, as I slipped one night on the floor, fell and bruised my tail bone.
