nice place, smiling staff smiling. This was my 3rd trip to Montreal, it was the best hostel so far UNTIL: they have some regulars who think they own the place, and they're alcoholic. One of them was in my room, whenever I was at the place he was watching sth on his laptop. In my last day, I woke up early (6am), I was sitting on the sofa at the living room, this guy came there sat at the desk by the table and started peeing on the floor. And went back to his bed, leaving behind wet footprints.

Great Hostel, with friendly staff. The first impression was not that great because the building looks a bit shady, but staying in this hostel was quite nice!

The front desk clerk was very helpful on giving me some locations of some good places for dinner. I had a peaceful sleep. I would definitely go there again

Excellent location in downtown Montreal. Friendly staff. Occasional Rythm & Blues played by Paul and Adam. Good breakfast. Who could ask for more?

Rude staff, No kitchen facilities at all. No willingness to improve Kitchen facilities. Would not stay and wouldn't recommend. Was booked for 1 week but left in early morning same day.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They have a great sense of humor. The room was what you would expect in a dorm , however they do have large lockers, which are great for storing all your gear. I stayed for 2 weeks had only one problem with a group of rude noisy americans partying through the night, and they kindly moved me to a smaller quieter dorm at no extra charge. I would gladly stay there again!!

Paul and Julie were so nice! The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned everyday. Great location only only 2 minutes from Guy-Concordia metro station. Good place for a quiet stay but not great for young people as there are a few older long term residents. The oven doesn't work and only 2 rings on the cooker worked which was really annoying because you had to wait for everybody to cook their dinner. The hostel does'nt organise any events like pub crawls ect. Overall a good hostel for the price.

They just renewed the hostel, so everything was modern and clean. The breakfast was good for the price we paid! The people were very nice! Something strange is that there are some people in the common areas who don't live in the hostel...
