When we arrived at the hostel, we found it closed and empty. The guy who opened to us, was kind and friendly and said to us that he didn't know about our prenotation because the (former?) owner of the hostel, Michelle, had moved to Ouarzazate; anyway he took care of the place now and we could stay. The hostel is very big and nice, with really beautiful shared spaces and a restaurant. We ate a delicious cous-cous, but the room was very cold. We recommend it only in spring/summer.

Nice place, and the owners are a friendly couple. It's worth noting, however, that the restaurant menu is quite expensive, and wine is 3x what you'd pay at Marjane. Maybe that's par for the course in Ait Ben Haddou, since it's an incredibly touristic location.
