A good location for the beach, easy to find. We hired surf boards and wetsuits for a day which was easy but expensive.

Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't have asked for better. Wonderful staff, free breakfast, lovely rooms and hot showers. Gave us dinner when we arrived at midnight. A beautiful terrace to check the swell and watch the sunset. Tamraght is miles better than Tagazhout for location in relation to beginner and intermediate breaks, and a nicer place to stay. Its further away from Anchors but that's it. In any case, unless you are booked into a surf camp HIRE A CAR (and get comprehensive insurance).

Wonderful hostel, close to beaches and surf spots. Not many places to eat very small quiet village. Good if you,re a surfer as very near to some of the best breaks or if you have a car Great little market not far which sells everything at a cheap price.

This is a small hostel located in Tamraght (most people stay in Tamraght or Taghazout for surfing). Tamraght is not as nice looking, and not as close to the beach, but consistently has better waves so we ended up spending more time there (if you stay in Taghazout, you often end up just taking a taxi to Tamraght every day for the surf). The hostel is nice, clean and very good value for money. Only possible downside is that it is small so potentially not as sociable as some of the bigger hostels.

My friend and I came in in new year's eve. Abdou and his staff welcomed is with open arms to enjoy a new year's eve dinner and party. Loved the staff, breakfast, dinner and the rooms were very nice for budget traveling. This is the place to be if you are in to surfing. Only downside was it would be nice to have a closet in a room for clothes. My thanks to the staff for helping us out with having a pleasant stay.
