The staff was very accommodating. When they realized that there were 3 of us traveling together, 2 males and 1 female, they put us all in a room together. Thanks

This hostel is clean and well equipped but pretty soulless. Nothing going on and no community feel. Very secure (make sure you hang on to the many codes you need to get in) but walls are thin and floors are creaky. Most unfortunate was the leaking air conditioner right above my bed so I was dripped on all night. Not really worth the price though the location isn't bad. The bread they provide for 'breakfast' is delicious and fresh but there's only jam and instant coffee to go with it

Highly recommend - loved our stay and being serenaded by opera at night. So peaceful and convenient

A hostel that could be ok, but severely let down by some basic design flaws. The staff very helpful (in the hotel), and it's location is nice. However, why renovate so badly ! ...for example, sinks in the shower rooms but not in the toilet. The sinks are anyhow the smallest you've ever seen. The shower curtains were too short and the trays small, so after every shower it floods in the corridor. Few charging sockets, and chairs in the kitchen too low for the counter. Just bread/jam for breakfast

Basic facilities. The atmosphere wasn't that bad though as I still met some people! Awesome location. Very overpriced for what it is as there is no hostel activities and not really much to do. I was fortunate enough to have the room to myself which was nice.

The staff were super nice when we checked in. Unfortunately, the room was so small that it was hard for two people to stand at the same time. Also, the air conditioning unit was dripping and making extremely loud noises every five seconds (it was definitely broken), so we had only an hour of sleep the entire night.

Fine if you're just looking for a bed to sleep in and explore Arles, you check-in in the hotel down the block and they show you to a separate building, very quiet and low key. No atmosphere. No staff on site. Breakfast is dry toast/baguette butter and jam.
