It is at the back of a restaurant so it is kind of dirty. Since it is composed of a few storeys, there are too many rooms which are actually occupied by long-term tenants who play loud music and talk loudly. The kitchen has got only knife for utensils as taken away by a batch of tenants. It is so dirty that your appetite will be turned down right away. Breakfast is included but it is put randomly and the place is filthy too.
