I really enjoyed my stay at Aunt Bea's and enjoyed my chats with the owners and staff, very friendly relaxed atmosphere and great breakfast, if you are visiting Washington, stay here! you will not be disappointed

Stayed 3 nights and had a great stay. Place is close to the metrostation and the city is easy accesible. Rooms, bathroom and breakfast was great. 5/5!

Great breakfast! There is a shop just about 20m away, where you can buy everything. I would definitely go there again.

Gerald and Daniel were excellent hosts. They attended to our every need and even made us breakfast personally every day. The building itself is a restored 1920s home and is wonderfully furnished. Would definitely recommend this place!

For a great B&B experience in DC, Aunt Beas is highly recommended. Classic B&B style, with lovely large rooms and ample space. Nice local neighborhood, with a great Chinese take-out next door. Staff friendly & helpful. Overall, highly recommended.

it's located above the line which people who live in the centre don't cross but it's 5 min from the metro station and is safe in the morning and afternoon. when it's dark, it seems more dangerous. cozy place and the owner was extremely helpful the majority of the time and even went out of his way to help us apart from one instance when at first we were told that we could use the microwave oven when needed but on 2nd request he refused saying it was a b&b, not a hotel. overall, good value.

The first time I stayed at Aunt Beas Little White House, I felt right at home. Gerald the innkeeper is absolutely fabulous. He showed me to my private room which was cute and quaint. In the morning I had a wonderful breakfast of French toast with fruit and turkey bacon, fresh juice, cereal and coffee. Terrific!!!!! Also, it's metro friendly, less than 10 minutes away. I recommend Aunt Beas Little White House to everyone

Perfect, Gerald kudos!

Gerald, the innkeeper is what makes this a "must stay experience". He is the tops in my book. The only thing I would change is to have the bath/shower combo be cleaner. Toilets, sinks and floors very clean but tub just average cl. However, after you have one of Gerald's breakfast, you are in heaven, and who cares about the bathtub. Loved my stay here. As for the location, it was not convenient for me because I was working downtown by the Whitehouse every day. Good for tourist with time.

Really nice place in WashingtonDC!!! I haven't had such a fantastic hostel ever!! Its owner, Gerald was such a kind person who welcomed us so warmly and treated really nice. His breakfast was very healthy especially I loved his fruit & yogurt was excellent (toast too :P) Our room was such a big and cute and there was a TV .Toilet & bath was kept clean and the location was also good! It was 5 min walk from train station! I highly recommend this hostel in Washington!!

Aunt Bea's Little White House is everything you would expect from the name and a few things you wouldn't. One thing is for sure; everything was positive. It is a quaint, attractive little house in the middle of a sketchy albeit safe neighborhood. While visiting D.C. with my girlfriend for our one year anniversary, we stayed here for a night. The inn-keeper, Gerald, is the main reason I will be returning. The environment was hospitable and comfortable, and Gerald was very courteous and generous
